En-Suite/Room SizeWe found the bedroom rather small - although very well furnished and equipped.The En-Suite was far too small. Because of the small size of the en-suite it was almost impossible not to knock the walls and heated towel rail (which was very hot) with your elbows whilst drying off after using the shower.The step up to the shower was also quite steep and could have been challenging for older or less able people.

En-suite faciltiesWhilst everything was spotlessly clean we found that there just wasn't enough room in the en-suite. The toilet roll holder pressed against one shoulder and the WHB against the other, this was whilst you were sitting sideways on the W.C. (not enough legroom to do otherwise). Also, we were unable to dry ourselves after having a shower due to lack of space.

Great value hotelVery clean and friendly, nice sized room for the price well decorated and easy to find, don't have any doubts if you are reading this just book!!Walking distance to two pubs and two restaurants and ten minutes drive from the town centre.

The Hildon Lodge offers superb accomadation for the money. It is spotlessly clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is very good as well.I rely on these comments when booking accomadation online, so i try and be honest whith my judgement.

Frindly Clean B&B handy for CheltenhamHilden lodge was easy to find, a period property offering very clean pleasant acomodation and a friendly welcome. Nice additional touches such as free well stocked DVD library. Excellent full english breakfast and helpful local knowledge re eateries in the area. Our only issue for future use is that we have a number of disabled colleagues and therefore as this is a period property accessibility particularly for wheelchair users would rule this B&B out,when accessible rooms are required.

Weekend in the CotswoldsThis hotel was the best value for money that we have stayed in so far in the UK. It provided us with everything including free parking, and the cooked breakfast was lovely!

Excellent StayWe have stayed in many hotels/Guest houses in Cheltenham and surrounding areas whilst visiting family in the area, Hildon Lodge is by far the best place we've stayed. We were made very welcome, the room was spotless and very comfortable, we will definitely stay there again.

The welcome was very friendly, and I felt that they couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a larger room, the bed was comfortable and the room well furnished, but it would have been even nicer for a couple without the family room extra single bed which made the room feel smaller than it was.I liked the honesty bar idea, which made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was good with vegetarian sausages for me.

A friendly and immaculately well-kept though small hotel. The welcome, room and bar were of the very highest standard. The breakfast was individually cooked and, again, of a standard that you generally would only find in a 4/5-star hotel. We do not hesitate in recommending this excellent hotel and will, undoubtedly, stay there again.
