Minimum age required at check-in is 21. For guests staying at the Highmark Steamboat the Security Deposit Waiver is required. In order to provide our guests with peace of mind in the case of unexpected accidents, the Security Deposit Waiver is required for all stays at the Highmark Steamboat. We provide this protection for a nominal fee of USD 29.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2525 Village Drive. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. April-November after hours check-in location is at the Mountain Resorts main office at 2150 Resort Drive suite 100. Use the phone at the entrance to call security for check-in. December-March call Highmark at 1-970-879-8744 during business hours to pre-arrange after hours check-in. What are your breakfast options?: There are restaurants nearby that open at 7:00am.
What transport is available to get around?: In the summer, tourists will usually fly into Denver and rent a car or come up on a shuttle with a company called Go Alpine. They provide 3 shuttles a day in the spring/summer/fall. Or they will drive in from as far as Texas or beyond. Go Alpine will also provide transportation from the Hayden airport and they meet every flight. Once in town, guests can take the free city bus, call a taxi, or drive themselves during the summer to anywhere they'd like to go. In the winter, we provide free local shuttle service within Steamboat Springs for all our guests. This will take them to stores, shops, dining, concerts, etc.
What can I do nearby?: We have bars and restaurants. Mt. Werner ski area is a 4 minute walk away.
Do you have internet?: We have free wireless internet.
Do you provide parking?: We do have ample parking, above ground as well as a heated underground garage.
