This Hotel in my room the AC dont work the WC was out of order and we have a night to forget.

The High Tech Nueva Castellana Hotel was just that--high tech. We were surprised to find a laptop computer with wifi in the room. The bathroom was very unusual in a good way. There was a glass wall in the hall and there was a shower with water jets all around. We took a picture of the bath because it was so different from the usual type. The only problem was that the restaurant was closed and we had to wait a long time to get a sandwich at the bar. There were no restaurants in the area and we had to walk a long distance to find a convenience store. The hotel had no pool. It was a 20 Euro ride in a taxi from the Madrid Airport, but on a van was called for us to return to the airport for free. We did not figure out how to get the van to pick us up when we arrived. The staff at the hotel was friendly and obliging.

The hotel is outside town and should have more facilities,missing a gym or swimming pool.Seems to be more as a stop gap for local buisnessmen.
