The location was unbelievably beautiful. They should have a noise level policy after PM. The location is beautiful, and the rooms were clean and very nicely laid out. The kitchenette was nicely appointed and the fire place was easy to use and well stocked. I'd highly recommend the location and Priceline saved me hundreds over what others paid.

The condo was fine, No complaints about the accommodations. Well, the bedroom was a little tight on space (2 beds in one room). Everything was completely fine for needing a place to rest our exhausted bodies from skiing. My only complaint was having a condo above us. The amount of noise coming through the ceiling was ridiculous. We had to call the front office and have them call the upstairs neighbors 4 days out of 7 to have them quiet down. The hot tub was AMAZING.

My husband and I were supposed to stay there for our honeymoon but it was under construction when we got there. An email earlier had told us that there would be some construction, but the entire site seemed like a big construction zone including a 10 minute wait to be allowed on the road into the hotel. We immediately asked to be moved to a different hotel (the Fox Inn and Suites) and the staff was great! They were very accommodating and called the hotel for us. They got us a great rate and even called later to make sure we checked in alright. This hotel would be good for people who are looking for something less like a hotel and more like a condo. However, for the price there are better options and many of them are closer to town.

"We loved our stay at Hidden Ridge. The location is perfect, the shuttle into Banff is convenient, and the apartment was just right and very clean. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The barbeque grills, hot tub, and campfire are perfect for a relaxing evening. We used the fireplace in our unit everday and it was August! We will return again soon and highly recommend it to our friends."

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet with a wonderful view of aspen trees. The new construction, but it could not be helped. also, the fridge froze all the food, but the staff was helpful and very sorry. The Hidden Ridge Resort was clean and in a quiet location that was perfect for hiking and viewing wildlife in the area. It was far from town, but we did not mind and preferred the location. I would stay there again, especially with the nice staff.

"I went with my best friend, her husband and my fiancee and we stayed in a one bedroom with a kitchenette with a pull out couch. The room was exactly like the pictures and was absolutely perfect. The only complaint is that you can hear other people partying in their rooms because the suites are not sound proofed well, but if you are a good sleeper than it isn't a problem. The staff were fantastic and the hot tub was great in the snow. A beautiful retreat for a weekend away."

Friendly. Quiet place to stay while visiting Banff, this is it. The complimentary shuttle to town is fantastic, as parking is very limited. This property is secluded in the woods at the end of the road and has excellent views. A wood-burning fireplace and super-size hot tub are just icing on the cake.

"We got a deluxe one bedroom which meant that there were two queen sized beds in the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout of the condo was very thoughtfully done. The kitchen came with a good sized fridge, and the dishwasher and microwave ovens were very useful. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we just needed to obtain our food. It's a nice distance away from the crowd and noise of Banff. The fireplace was quite cozy."

You don't have a clear view of the mts. from the rooms. There's no AC. I found the beds very uncomfortable even though they had a feather bed on top of the mattress. The sofa sleeper couch in the living room was also very uncomfortable. There was no space to put down any toiletries in the bathroom. Pillows were hard and overstuffed. My initial impression wasn't very good because the paint on the door to my room was all scraped and dinged. But inside it was OK. There's a little general store nearby for incidentals so you don't have to go into town.
