Splash away in any of our four lakes located on property a mile from your unit. Tansi Marina is open May through September. Small bass fishing boats are available for rental. Other recreation facilities include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool and a sandy beach. A mile from your unit, you'll find a playground, a health spa with indoor racquetball courts, whirlpool and saunas. Tee off on our 18-hole PGA championship golf course. From TYS (71S): 1. Start out going SOUTH on AIRPORT HWY/ALCOA HWY/US-129 S/TN-115 S. 2. Make a U-TURN onto AIRPORT HWY/ALCOA HWY/US-129 N/TN-115 N. 3. Merge onto I-140 W. 4. Merge onto I-40 W via EXIT 1D toward NASHVILLE/CHATTANOOGA. 5. Take the TN-101/PEAVINE RD EXIT 322- toward CROSSVILLE. 6. Turn LEFT onto TN-101/PEAVINE RD. 7. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT. 8. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-70/KNOXVILLE HWY/TN-1/TN-101. Continue to follow TN-101. 9. Turn LEFT onto DUNBAR RD/TN-282. 10. Turn RIGHT onto CHEROKEE TRL. 11. End at 8007 Cherokee Trl.
