Nice place to stay. POOR cleanlines!! THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE MATTRESSES AND CURTAINS AND MY KIDS GOT HEAPS OF BITES!! BRING YOUR OWN FLY SPRAY!!

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The view of ocean was spectacular from our room on the 12th floor. Easy access to beach just across the road from apartment. The only downside is no air-con however with the sea breeze and opening windows this was not needed. We highly recommend Hi Surf apartments for the ocean view location and will stay here again.

We originally were on the third floor and felt the apartment was a little tired and shabby. We asked to be moved and were offered two apartments on 14th floor. The one we selected was great and we had a very good stay there.

An excellent apartment in a 28-storey building, 15 minutes walk from Cavil avenue and across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach. We had an excellent 2 bdrm aprtment on the 26th floor, so the views of the 30 kms coastline are stunning. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are first class. And Complintary car parking is a bonus. I would stay there again

We were impressed with the afterhours arrangm,ents for us to collect our key. However disapointed that although I had booked for 5 adults, we were only provided with 2 bath towels. Next morning (Sunday) reception was not open at 8.30am, then we were out for the remainder of the day. Following day requested towels at 8.30am, but they did not arrive before we checked out at 10am. Venetian Blinds in bedrooms don't close properly so light comes in. However great location across the road from a patrolled beach. We had lovely views. Wonderful outdoor swimming pool & spa too.

We had a very pleasant stay.We had family on Floors 7 & 15 & we were on the 20th. It was a real inconvenience getting from floor to floor, as the lift only operated by your room key and would only go to your floor. Every time when one of the others wanted to see us or each other, they had to go out side the building and buzz for access for entry to the floor required. All to do with security.

Microwave was not working. Fixed as soon as we told them. The two bedroom unit was large and spacious. However the unit was looking a little tired. Needs a paint but the furniture was excellent and comfortable. We will definately stay there again.
