Lisbon City BreakThis hotel was extremely good value for money. i can think of nothing negative to say about the Hotel, everything was top class.Other reviewers have said it's a 15 minute walk down to the Rossio area. This is perhaps a little optimistic, 30 minutes perhaps being more realistic, especially when you're a 63 year old fogey like me!It's a superb place to stay for a 3/4/5 night City stay....can't fault it really.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for getting in/out of Lisbone as well as for starting your sightseeing tours, by metro, foot or a bus. We took The City Line bus for a daily tour (16€). We were not very impressed with this company. Not enough information given, hard to find their Bus Stops to hop-on, if you didn´t get-off there before. There are other bus companies to choose. We booked with the [website], so the price was OK. But it is worth checking with the hf fenix directly. Highly recommended.

It was a very good location, staff were very helpful. Having a swimming pool would have been ideal.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was very good but not very diverse (menu reviewed on a weekly basis only). The hotel is located by a tube station which is very convenient and it's easy to get to from the airport.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and very professional.The room is compact but has everything needed. The windows stop the traffic noise very effectively. It did not bother us at all. It was good to know we could connect directly to the Internet from our room with Wi-fiOverall: A good experience.

A 4 star hotel with a 3 star quality room. The bedroom seemed cramp and the matress was very hard. Breakfast was included and provided plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is well positioned in the centre of Lisbon. The metro is directly outside the hotel - 2 stops on the blue line to the main shopping and restaurant area. Overall - good value for money.

Excellent location on airport bus route to city and metro. Double glazing was very efficient at keeping out traffic noise. Laterooms price gave excellent value, but the room might look a little small if paying closer to the hotel's published rates.

we reported the shower broken on the evening of our arrival.reception promised to send someone to repair it and despite follow ups no-one arrived.it still remained broken when we checked out the next day rendering the en suite facility useless.very disappointed

This hotel is very easy to get to by Taxi (about 12 euro). The location is strategic. Most shopping center and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is generally well preserved and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is no swimming pool or gym which are downside. Personally, I think for a four star hotels it worths the value.

Rooms fine. Extensive buffet breakfast included. Convenient central city location. Easy connection from nearby airport by taxi, aerobus or local bus 22. Good value at 100 euro per room per night
