The hotel was either undergoing foreclosure or was actively for sale. There was a fire systems inspection team onsite, standing by 24 hrs/day for 3 days, which eventually resulted in a full blown test of the system (alarms and all). Problem was, the manager neglected to tell the hotel guests of the test and we found ourselves responding to a false alarm and getting information only by asking the inspection team representatives. The afternoon of the 'full blown test', there was a 'walk through' by agents and prospective buyers which was also disruptive. Even though the facility is very nice, there was evidence of disrepair in a few areas which suggested they may have been suffering 'hard times'. I would still recommend the place, it really is a nice facility for the money.

very cheap hotel, poorly managed by non-professionals. Pathetic service. Rooms are bad.

The Heritage Inn was very comfortable, the room was nice and large with two beds a table and chairs, refridgerator and coffee maker, could have had a microwave though, but that was ok.Good size area to hang clothes. Close to shops and dinning and close to disneyland, very good location to fit all my needs.
