I very much enjoyed The Heritage House for its location, service and amenities (free mini bar and snacks in the rooms, etc.) However, I was very disappointed with my room. The wallpaper and all room-furnishings were from the 1980's and while clean, were what I would expect from a 2.5-3 star hotel and not something billed as a luxury resort. Additionally, the room did not have a internet access, a TV or a telephone - something very strange due to the lack of cell phone reception for miles around. All in all, my room fell well short of my expectations, but the overall combination of the amazing property (right on the cliff in Little River), wonderful service, and great amenities.
