The Heritage Hotel in Orlando, Fla., is located across the street from the 200 shops of the Florida Mall, and is just seven miles south of downtown Orlando. The Heritage is six miles from the Orlando International Airport and within five miles of Sea World and the Universal theme park. The hotel's recreational amenities include a tropically landscaped outdoor pool and sun deck, along with a spa tub, children's pool and play area. There is also a patio area perfect for watching Florida's vivid sunsets, a fitness center and a game room. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, concierge service, business services guest laundry, and ATM banking. An American breakfast is available at Don Giovanni's Pizza and Italian Restaurant, which serves Italian and Brazilian style cuisine for lunch and dinner. Cocktails are also available at the on-site Brandy's Lounge. The hotel's 266 guestrooms are accessed by exterior corridors (no elevators). Guestrooms are accented with tropical-style art and include full-size refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee makers, and cable television with premium channels.

Anybody who says this place is worth staying at really needs to seek help. I hate to see what they are used to at home. For instance, at home they must have, roaches, drug dealers, hookers working the driveway, filthy broken down furniture, blood and seamen stains on their bed, illegal immigrants in the rooms and the room smelled like a boys locker room. If you like these things then welcome home pal! IM down the street in a clean safe environment, who cares if it's $10.00 more.

"This hotel is nothing short of a transient or flop house. The carpet was filthy, room smelled, phones did not work, no ice buckets, vending machines did not work. People were just hanging out around the hotel. Scary. "

"This hotel obviously had permanent residents living on site. We were not notified of this. The conditions of the hotel were adversely affected(people loitering outside and in the hallways, overflowing trash receptacles, empty vending machines, dirty aisleways and stairwells)"

"This was the most absolutely disgustingly dirty place I have ever stayed in. It calls itself a ""hotel"", but is actually a ""motel"", with permanent residents very obviously roaming the external hallways. The toilet leaked, the room reeked of mold, mildew and urine, the carpet was sticky to the touch, and when I attempted to plug my laptop into an extension cord - my fingers were coated with a sticky residue that reeked of urine. I had originally booked it for 3 nights, and immediately asked for a refund of what I had prepaid. I tell everyone I know not to stay here."
