This hotel offers more than what i paid to stay. Upon arriving/check-in me+family were well received and welcomed, the surrounding is magnificent with an impressively beautiful view, the trees in the courtyard caught my eyes...a gleam of reflected light...that's cool. Stood on a hill is just a strategic location, highly accessible from tanah rata town. Experiencing the cool air in the morning is fantastic, having a cup of cameron tea in the evening at the balcony is somewhat a perfect relax. The health center was on renovation, can't utilize the gym. Oh...just this one thing...there is no golf activity

The location is good,right in the middle of town centre.However,water stagnate in the toilet, the shower was ok at times but lukewarm at other times....especially if the weather is around 23 degree to as low as 17 degree C. They are slow in replacing bath towels even after several request through house keeping. And there was no floor towel for the toilet and it makes the carpet at the entrance of the toilet wet and makes the room smells moldy. The front desk service was ok during check in. The breakfast buffet has a only fairly good spread though and it has enough of both a covered and opened car park space.

bath room look old & no maintain, water flow from the pipe slow and not comfortable at all when taking bath. dissappointed total hotel facilities closed can not be used when doing renovation.
