Basic but efficientGood price - efficient service apart from one hiccup. Room wasn't great with chipped bath and poor fittings. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Stayed in Tower room, very good overall, staff were friendly and room was excellent. Prices for room service and everything else was a bit over the top but to be expected.

This hotel is very well situated, with excellent facilities within the rooms. The standard of decor was very high and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times.

Great room, helpful staffI can't fault this hotel and staff on cleanliness or service. Even with a 3am arrival the front desks were manned, and porters available to help with our bags, there was none of the - phone this number and someone will appear when they feel like it - that I've experienced in other hotels. Reception was very helpful in recommending places to visit and eat.The only negative comment would be that I wouldn't be able to bring myself to pay the standard rate advertised in the room folders, but that is not an issue as the rate we got from laterooms was significantly less.All in all our stay was an absolute pleasure.

Excellent stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to suite on top floor with kitchen facilities. Position was walking distance to Viaduct harbour and many good restaurants. Woukd highly recommend it as we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

High class hotel. I had a suite at a very reasonable price through Laterooms - the suite was lovely, lots of space with everything you need. One small drawback was that the room looked out into the inner atrium which made it rather dark having no natural daylight. Having said that it was supremely quiet which it would not have been if the room had been facing out. Lovely roof top swimming pool and spa pool well worth a visit. especially as the sun is going down. Good location just off the main drag and on the bus link from the airport for low cost transfer. Great value high class hotel.

We have stayed at The Heritage about 15 times and always found it excellent. We prefer the Tower side due to it being quieter and newer, although still keeps with the overall hotel theme. Would reccomend it as a good value city hotel.

Hotel well situated at less that 100 m to Sky tower and 400 to downtown. It is a very nice hotel, very warm in the decoration. The overall service is good, the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I've got some problem with the room service, my room has not been done on day and the day after, I have to call twice the room service before to have it done. The hotel is very nice, but I advice customer who are looking for modern equipment (CD, washing machine...) to take a room at the tower building.

Excellent facilities and attention to detail. Useful in the suites to have full laundry facilities especially when you have been travelling around. The rooftop pool / hot tub have outstanding views of harbour / skytower - great for unwinding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived we received a very pleasant room but there was no view, a quick phone call to reception gave us a sunny room with a great view of the harbour. Staff were so helpful all the time highly recommend

Excellent facilities, especially the 15 metre heated open air pool on the 5th floor, with great views over the harbour. Rooms are ample in size with high ceilings & good use is made of refurbished wooden floors & art deco lights throughout the hotel. My only quibble was that soundproofing was poor, especially as my room had a connecting door through to the next room. I heard coughs & snores from the adjacent room with far too much clarity! The hotel is well-located close to key CBD venues, though the immediate streets are poorly lit after hours.
