This hotel is reasonably priced and only about 10 minutes walk out of the city. Rooms are pretty dull and not sparkling clean and bathroom is no more than a cupboard... but if you're just wanting a bed for the night it serves a purpose... for ?50/rm/night you don't expect any frills! Breakfast was ok, buffet style.. bit on the greasy side but edible. There are no parking facilities at the hotel, there is a car park accross the road but they charge ?10.50 for over 10 hours, you then pay an overnight suppliment and whatever hours you stay the next day... think we paid about ?18 so worth driving around to find cheaper.

Approximately fifteen minute walk from the Royal Mile, and ten minutes to Haymarket station and bus to airport. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Excellent breakfast. Everywhere needed a good dust.
