Easy to find with a superb central location to shopping, Caracalla thermal baths, casino. Parking available and not over-expensive (€12 per night). Excellent double glazing which kept the noise out completely but great balcony view over tree-lined main street. All the usual amenities but no time to try them. Breakfast good choice without being special. Reception superbly helpful.

We stated in this facility for the first time in November and it was really nice, the grounds was really clean, and the rooms were really big and nicely decorated, this was truely a great place to stay, the staff was friendly, even though it was winter and there were not a lot of staff, and everything was convientlly located. Will stay here again.

The hotel was of average quality but the staff were very friendly and the central location of this place was fanstastic. DO NOT EAT IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. worse meal i have ever had - it took 3hrs to get 4 courses out despite it being very quiet and the food was average but highly over prices

The hotel is in a wonderful position with the Caracalla therme and the Friedrichsbad Roman-Irish Bath being a very short walk indeed. The main shopping area is situated at the back entrance of the hotel and provides a good variety of shops, some are a little on the expesive side though.Baden Baden is a delightful little town and very clean and pretty, if travelling at this time of year you will see evrything decorated marvelously for Christmas, there is a Christmas market on as well which is worth a visit.If coming to Baden Baden then please don't miss the Caracalla therme, what a wonderful relaxing place. You can swim and bathe in various different naturally heated thermal pools and outside when it is cold is really nice. You will have to get naked (compulsory) if you go upstairs to a wonderful selection of saunas and steamrooms but it feels good and all inhibitions are quickly forgotten about. The food here is top class also and good value for money.All in all can't wait to return and will be using the same hotel again.

Whilst I say that I wouldn't stay at the hotel again, it is not because it was an unpleasent experience. I only say this because it is just an average hotel with no character which I would normally look for in a hotel. Late breakfast until 11 at the weekends is a godsend thou. Excellent hotel if you like modern hotels at reasonable prices.
