They were willing to move us and/or not put anyone next to us on the second night when we could hear everything from the room next door through the thin wall.

Location to shopping-restaurants etc. Did not have a hot tub. I will most likely stay here again. It's location is excellent. The rooms could use a do over. The sink in our bathroom had a leak. We were offered a different room but we had already unpacked and felt it wasn't worth the bother.

Traveling to Eau Claire to visit relatives - thought a hotel would be best for my family. Heartland Inn was wonderful - had expanded breakfast, popcorn/cookies in the evening, and a pool for the kids to enjoy. Room was large enough for all of us - beds were very comfy.

Set up nicely with lights etc. Long way to walk to lobby. Over all. it suited our needs greatly.

We were disapointed. There was no evening snack as advertised. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles and some sauage gravy in a crock pot.We arrived for breakfast early and there was not much of a choice of fruit or other items that you expect to see in a breakfast buffet. In addition, the pool was quite dirty. It is an older motel in need of updating.

Chose property based on first 2 reviews but somewhat underwhelmed, esp. pool. Water was almost COLD (indoor), and no visible way to turn lights on even as sun went down, causing a bit of safety issue for kids.

The shower pressure was good, the beds were comfy and excellent breakfast! The way the door slams shut-not kids friendly, huge gap under outside door, no plug-in by headboards for breathing machine. It was a great deal for the price and great location. We would definitely stay there again if we would ever need to and definitely recommend it to other people. We didn't need to do any shopping but it was nice to have all of them almost with in walking distance and lots of restaurants with in walking distance also.

Very surprised by this hotel. We had stopped at about 5 others that were booked up for the 4th of July weekend and ended up staying here. AM I GLAD WE DID!! Free High Speed Internet, Fantastic HOT breakfast in the morning and a clean, comfortable room. Only negative I could see is they do not have a hot tub at the pool area. I would definately stay here again should I be in the area......

Very nice breakfast. The walls were thin. We were awaken in the night by the couple next door. It was nice, but disappointed there was no hot tub. The pool area was small. It was a girls shopping weekend. We were able to walk to the restaurant, that was nice.

We had a short stay but found the hotel quiet, comfortable and nicely priced. Enjoyed the breakfast and snacks.
