What traveller type is most suited?: You will find our hotel to offer something for everyone. Although we do not offer an on-site swimming facility, many families take advantage of the complimentary passes we offer to the local newly-renovated YMCA. This facility is very popular for guests with children, as are the local museums.

Given our close proximity to day-trip towns and a thriving restaurant scene, our hotel is also ideal for couples and singles alike.
What transport is available to get around?: We are also within walking distance to the MBTA Commuter Rail Station as well as the seasonally-operating Salem Ferry with direct access to Boston's bustling waterfront.
What can I do nearby?: Salem has countless attractions and venues from which to choose. There is a wonderful chamber of commerce here.

We are within a short distance of 3 major business parks (Shetland Park, Cummings Center, Cherry Hill Park) and about 15 miles from Boston's Logan International Airport.
As a family, what are the best things to do?: We suggest the House of Seven Gables and the Peabody Essex Museum for family trips (both walkable from the hotel). On the way to either of these attractions, you will wander by several unique shops and restaurants. We are also a short commute from area beaches, and of course, Boston.
