New room have great beds. Check-in was really slow.

Large room and quiet. Bathroom could stand to be remodeled. My flight was not till late in afternoon and they happily gave me a late check out so I didn't have to just wait around.

The room was great for an overnight visit. i wold have had a hard time staying there for an extended period of time. It was conveniently close to the airport. Maybe when they are done with the renovation, it will improve.

Very friendly, excellent accommodations. We were very pleased with our hotel stay and will use Priceline and Hawthorne Suites again.

The friendly staff and happy hour in addition to breakfast was a real treat! The location was outstanding! Definitely plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to the Sacramento area. It was just a few minutes to downtown Sacramento and very moderately priced. The staff and service were outstanding!

The ceilings on the top floor were really high. The bed was slightly lumpy. Surprisingly good. One exit away on I5 from downtown Sacramento. Clean, comfortable, and with high ceilings on the top floor. The people working there were really nice. There is a restaurant/bar with people hanging out. It seems to be a very popular hotel. The room had a microwave and a refrigerator!

Spacious and clean. Location isn't the best. For the money, this is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large with all the conveniences. A great place to stay on business.

Stuffy andsmoky. The hotel was fine. I'm pretty sure the AC unit was not working, or would only come on intermittently. The room was stuffy and hot. I had a hard time sleeping. And my room was next to a smoker and the smoke would come into the room through the connecting door.

Close to downtown Sacramento. Slow check in process. A nice, basic hotel - nothing special, but worth the money.

Staff extended themselves in providing comfort and amenities. Found some hair on bathroom floor. Otherwise, everything else was clean. Staff was more than welcoming. They truly understood our needs. They were able to upgrade us to a suite, considering we had 2 young children. The woman we checked in with even went so far as to personally bring us keys to the suite as we were vacating the initial room. My husband travels extensively on business, and he commented that he had never encountered friendlier staff.

Very friendly front desk staff. Did not receive 6:15AM wakeup call. Room not cleaned upon check-in. I would come back because the staff was very apologetic and accommodating.

Great breakfast buffet. Great location. Courteous staff. It was too crowded in the common areas. The hot tub wasn't hot. Enjoyed it. Would stay again.

The night shift people were very friendly. The rooms were big and clean. We would stay here again. The morning shift people were not as friendly. No one say good morning or thank you, when we were leaving. The hotel had a nice pond out in front. The rooms were big and clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. We would stay here again!

The Free Breakfast. Put me in a handicap room. Hotel was good overall. Only problem was there was no bar of soap available at the moment I needed it. Was told by front desk to go purchase soap at a nearby store or wait till the following morning.

Convenient location. Old, out dated, dark, in room refrigerator didn't work. Over all, I was not impressed with this hotel. It's in a great location, just off of I5, but it is in serious need of remodeling. I've stayed in a cleaner and better decorated motel 6.

Quiet, convenient, and clean. I need to check in at two times. The people checked in at the same time or later then me. They got available room. But I didn't. I need to came back at one hour later 3pm. Don't like it.

It was close to the city and breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was dated and kept up OK. The hotel and room were very dated and the area was not great but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.

Good value for the money. Bed was worn and needed to be replaced. Clean hotel and good value for the money. Unfortunately the bed in my room was so worn that one side had a significant sag in the mattress. The other potential problem is that the location is in an industrial area and travel to and from the hotel to appointments/sights/restaurants can be difficult in commuter traffic.

The staff were great, We were lost and the staff directed us with so much patience and concern, We really appreciated their kindness. The hotel should have better lighting were it has it signs, because we could not see the Knight Inn sign and we were lost and driving in a busy city. I would like to thank the staff who directed us in getting to the hotel, even though I was stressing out and tired and completely lost, the staff at this hotel directed us. But it was us who would take the wrong road, but they continued to have a calm voice and redirected us all the way, that as we were pulling into the exit of the freeway, they were at the window of the hotel waving us down to let us know that it was there, and this is about a 1/2 block away and it sure felt good to see that, We really feel that it starts at the beginning of the stay and we are very happy.. and the hotel was clean and we had a refrigerator.. We need a refrigerator for the kids milk.. and we are very satisfy at there dedication and goodness to help.

Helpful staff, great evening and breakfast buffet, nice pool. Exterior is showing its age. Strong smell of cleaning fluids in halls. Great price, nice, helpful staff, well maintained interior. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, dad loved the evening drinks/food and morning hot breakfast. At a price of 76% below the rack rate, can't beat the value! What's not to like?
