Nothing. Virtually everything. If you like staying in a smelly flop house, you'll love Rodeway Inn Reno. Don't expect to be able to do any work if you're a business traveler their wireless internet is less reliable than an Italian sports car. Make sure you close the bathroom door when showering or the smoke alarm will go off and always put all the towels on the bathroom floor to soak up the water that leaks through the inadequate shower curtain. Close the bathroom door when trying to sleep or the running toilet will keep you awake.

I should have read the reviews before I book the hotel. I will never stay there again. Nothing positive to say. If you value your safety, stay away from the hotel. Neighborhood is bad and cops running around the parking lot questioning people. AC/Heater cover missing. Loud noise from hallway and rooms above beyond. I have to write this to warn other people.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the shower and the toilet were barely functioning.

You are comfortable in filth and bad neighborhoods. Travelodge and Rodeway are the SAME hotel, SAME owners SAME lot. Seems they host lots of local homeless. Stay at your own risk....

Nothing. Nothing. The service was awful. There were people hanging in the halls. The hotel resemble a crack house.

Nothing it was terrible and should be removed. Had a hooker turning tricks in the room next to us. Smokers allowed in the hallway. Rooms were the worst ever stayed in. Had fingernail clippings on floor, no toilet paper roll holder. Had a room on the 1st floor that the window did not lock and would not change rooms or fix the window. No internet access in rooms and computer they had in lobby was broken all 3 days we were there. Front desk staff was not helpful, Last morning had a 20 minute wait to check out because there was no staff at the front desk. Would not recommend to anyone but the hookers.

Cheap and reasonable proximity to convention center are only +'s. Smelled bad, really bad, noisy people at all hours in corridors, wifi only works in main office, which also smelled bad. Non smoking room had burn holes in bedspread and smelled of smokers. Will never go back.

Cooperative staff with prompt service. It was a little expensive for its decor and location.

If all you desire is a cheap roof over your head - this is the place.

Good location for traveling. The "free" wireless would not connect from room, and the telephone would not connect. The staff knew nothing about either. Also, no hair dryer in room. This tired facility could be regarded as "economy" if the price weren't so high.

"Besides the fact that the air conditioner worked (which was good since it was nearly 100 degrees while we were there), this hotel was horrible--bad service, disgusting bathroom, etc. I guess I should have expected that since the price was low, but I've stayed in many $70 hotels that were much better (at least they were clean!!)."

Nothing WI-FI did not work, no clock in room. Very disappointing, WI-FI didn't work as advertised. Elevator dirty and worn. No clock as promised. Bathroom sink chipped. Small TV. Furniture looked like something you rent

"Kitchen means coffeemaker and microwave - no dishes or utensils. Room smelled bad. ""High speed internet"" didn't exist. Disconcerting dark stain on rim of ""sanitized"" toilet. Duct tape all over the carpet. Billed as ""pet friendly"" but the only place for animals to eliminate was often parked on by other guests (even though there was ample parking on the other side of the building)."

Location to my needs. It was unkempt and aging. No desk, when asked told we took them out. The picture on your site and description were not very accurate see above comments. A poor choice for the price paid in this market.

The motel was in a bad location. There were many transients congregating in the area and it appeared to be a dangerous crowd of people. The service was inhospitable and unhelpful. I did not check in and found another motel. I was charged the 1st night at Rodeway in due to less than 24 hours notice. This is unfair due to the low quality conditions of the motel.

The housekeeper added a few little touches that made it feel more welcoming. Hard to find, kind of off the main course of traffic. Staff was friendly, serviceable hotel and better than some I've stayed in, the main office needs a bathroom.

The rooms where very bad not kept up there was ducktape holding down the carpet. The mircowave was coming off the wall. There was a big whole above the shower I was afraid to cut off the light and yes let me not forget that is smelled really bad. I stayed there because it was close to the airport so needless to say I didn't get any sleep until I go on the plane the next day. But I will never stay there again unless changes real changes have been made.

That it was available when everywhere else booked. Location-not in casino. Very clean-nice staff-still it was very pricey for being so far from strip.

"Old buildings that need repairs, water leaking etc. Some disruptive guests made for security concerns. However rooms were clean."
