Clean and near lots of restaurants. Parking spots were tight when motel was filled. Pretty decent motel. Extremely friendly staff. Would have been nicer if it had a pool. Definitely a quiet motel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hawthorn Suites in Alameda. Your staff were magnificient, very pleseant and a great help to us to get around town. We also enjoyed the breakfast. And everything else was very clean and kept up to date. Thank You Hawthorn Suites for making us feel at home and very comfortable. We are looking forward on coming back to your hotel.

Convenient location, quiet, adjacent to restaurants and free parking The room was very quiet despite being located immediately next to the elevator and vending machines. The staff was very pleasant, including front desk, kitchen staff and manager. The hotel is well located in a quiet downtown area near several dining options. The parking is free.

The manager I spoke with is not concerned about customer service or quality of service. I was not impressed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.

Clean. Very Clean Inside and out. Most restaurants in the area (there were alot) were fast food. Large and clean rooms. I stayed here with 3 children and had a good time.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Need to get better pillows. Pillows were small and limp. Comfortable hotel for the price and the hot breakfast was very good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. 'Free breakfast' was worthless. We were happy that we got a clean room with good shower pressure and a comfortable bed. Did not like the breakfast had to go out to get food. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

We liked the fact that even though we had a street side room, we could not hear traffic! Staff should ask for any perks, such as Hyatt cards before check-in. We were very happy with the accommodations and the fact that we could walk to dinner. Nice, clean and quiet. I usually travel with my spouse on leisure and this time was business with co-workers. This hotel works for both instances. Will recommend to everyone!
