This hotel for the price needed upgrades and remodeling. The location is great; however, this hotel is completely surrounded by new hotels for the same price. This hotel needs attention. If you are looking for a friendly staff and great location and don't care about new and updated rooms - this hotel is for you. They did have a decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Nice size room. Bugs in sheets, on wall, and in the bathroom. Noisy a/c. Needs improvements in cleanliness, food (breakfast) and overall feel.

Well - Crickets everywhere and get this FLEAS!!! They allow pets at this property and guess what - some apparently had fleas. I watched one individual take his two dogs out to do their business and that was okay. The problem was one was a huge boxer and the other was a great dane. I can imagine those does up on the beds etc. The staff denied they had fleas even though half of our soccer teams' rooms had them. I've got the bite marks to prove it. The room was not vacuumed the whole time we were there - it was just plain dirty. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Couldnt get a room elsewhere so we had to stick it out. I'll never stay at another Amerisuites/Hawthorn Suites again.

Lobby was very nice and inviting. Bedding was quite sub-par, and poor lighting too. For what I paid for this room, I overpaid and did not get the star level I expected.

Amerisuites gave me a quiet, restful place to stay during a rather hectic holiday week. Good, hearty breakfast.

Freeway location. Rooms felt old @ dated. We only stayed one night, but if we were going to stay longer I would not have stayed, Room was totally old looking, staff downstairs looked shabby.

A well-managed, clean, and above all very quiet place to stay. Limited dining opportunities in the area; good interstate access.

Very nice and clean. Stopped up commode could not get help from staff. Everything was great, except for the problem with the bathroom. The front desk told my husband to come down and get the plunger, I thought that was not his place to correct this problem.

It was clean and very comfortable and close to the convention center. Everything was fine. The staff very helpful and courteous. This is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in staying in the area. I would go back there again.

The location was perfect and with breakfast included, a real bargain. Nothing Great for business travelers, families and vacationers, with a hot breakfast everyday!
