We liked the kitchenette. The area around the kitchenette and bathroom was congested. All in all it was a very nice stay.

There was no mention when booking my room over the phone or at the web site that there would be a surcharge of 50 for my pet which I mentioned while making the reservation on the phone. The hotel has no restaurant, bar or any other place for a traveler to relax except the room. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Take the weight machine out or fix it, it was very difficult to use, refrigerator froze my fresh fruit and snacks I bought with me Very clean, good location. I asked if I could have a first floor room, and I was accommodated. Used the treadmill and TV in fitness area without difficulty.

This hotel was a great choice when looking for hotels in the Lancaster area. We requested a handicap accessible room (which we received). The only unfortunate experience we had was the bed--it was just too high to get my wheelchair-bound Mom onto. She opted for the pull out bed. Unfortunately, the pull out was bowed in the middle so getting her standing in the morning was a real challenge. We managed though. The hotel offers a light supper (free of charge) on Wednesday nights which was delicious (we had bbq pork sandwiches, pasta salad, chips and fruit, with cake for dessert) and the breakfasts on our 2 mornings was great also (one morning was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. and the second morning was french toast, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. I really appreciated the hot coffee station in the Hawthorn Room 24 hours a day.

Better than expected - would stay again. Front desk employees were not very friendly. Located at an overpass on busy street. Front desk employees not overly friendly all others were polite & helpful. Room was clean & smelled nice. Dishes & extra linen was wrapped for sanitation.

I needed a decent hotel for a business trip. I read a lot of reviews for a lot of hotels, and, this was the one I chose. I could not have chosen a better hotel.

The location was convenient to shopping which is why we made the trip. Very basic. The hotel was ok. Iam used to staying in higher end properties. There was a hot brekfast and a small fitness room with limited equipment but I was able to use it. There were few amentities.

Suite was set up perfectly. Room was freezing because air conditioner ran all day and we checked in late. The room was so cold when we checked in about 9 pm. Otherwise, we loved the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Very family friendly. Excellent room layout with kitchenette area.

Room was spacious. There was not enough room at breakfast. They had run out of a lot of the food i.e. bacon by 8:30 and could not replenish.
