Overall our stay at this Hawthorne suite was satisfactory...but we were disappointed in the desk staff's lack of sympathy for our request for an early check-in. We arrrived at 11 am unexpectedly and sought the first available room for an early check in. We certainly realized that check-in is at 3pm. but were surprised by the desk's unsympathetic response that no early room were available and that they would help us at 3pm.

It was a lovely place that had just been remodeled. I can't think of anything. This place had a complete kitchen and the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Along with the large Jacuzzi tub, it was great for a couple's getaway.

It was like having my own aptartment with extras. It was off the beaten path. ButI liked that. For someone who wants a home away from home this is the perfect place. Weather with a family or alone this place gives you a home away from home.

The free breakfast. Mean staff, wouldnt let me pay extra for a nonsmoking room. Gave me a smoking room and wouldn't let me pay extra for a non smoking room. I couldn't sleep and finally had to go out to my car in order to sleep. You have got to do a better job reserving non smoking rooms.

The bed was comfortable. They had problems with car break-ins that made you feel insecure. The facility was rather old and worn. The facility was located in an industrial area. The buildings were older, worn and smelled like it had previously been a smoking facility. I did not feel secure there.

Very good free breakfast - sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, waffles - excellent! A little far from the big city. NA.

Easy to get to, decent breakfast. Hotel converted from apartment town homes. Awkward layout, staff gave us keys to occupied room. Hotel is located close enough to SeaTac Airport and would be useful as a business trip stopover. The staff were friendly enough, but not at the top of their competence. First room assigned shared a porch and nearly a front door with a partying softball team and the keys did not work. The keys were to a different room that was already occupied. The staff were kind enough to provide us with another room which had an awkward layout with a conference room downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. Not a good location for eating out as there were no restaurants in walking distance. Fairly close to bus routes.

Free full breakfast, sausage, eggs, waffles. Were there during softball tournament, so people were loud. I would stay here again! They offered a free full breakfast, meats and all. They also offered a managers reception at 5 pm - 6:30 pm that was like a dinner, you had an option of 2 main courses like lasagna or stuffed peppers and sides. The staff was helpful, the rooms were new, small kitchenette, monster bathroom, had lots of space- even a fireplace! The beds were double, and my husband (over 6 feet) was a little tall for it, but he slept well considering his toes stuck out from the sheets, and he said he was comfortable!

The hot breakfast was greatly appreciated. Climbing the stairs to our unit. Good accommodations.

Nice room. Location not near anything. Not convenient for someone that does not have a car.

The rooms were huge and had everything loved it totally. The chairs in room were a little dirty could use some cleaning. This place was awesome. The room had 3 TVs and very quiet great service gave us a crib at no charge for our 5 month old and the rooms were just had everything that you have at home and more! The pool was nice although the hot tubs/spa were not in operation we had a Jacuzzi tub in our room and a fireplace just great.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. Nothing. This hotel was great. The room was cute and had all the amenities. You could choose to cook in your room or go out. The hotel gave you a small appetizer from 5-6:30 pm and breakfast the next morning. The food was not exciting, but it hit the spot and was included. Overall would love to go back again.

Comfortable, clean and tidy, nice hot breakfast. The staffs are not knowledgeable about any sightseeing places in Seattle and very limited resource to assist us.

Nothing liked. Staff is not helpful, room not clean and smells bad.

Airport shuttle service and free parking for a week. Location is away from the airport and freeway.

Nice serviceable room. Disrepair, location. The wait staff was rude when told about a party in the room next door. The front door lock did not work and it was reported, never fixed. The bathroom door did not open or close( pocket), it was off hinge, reported not fixed, room not cleaned 2 days of 4, incorrect map to locate the room so we walked all over carting our luggage.
