I have stayed at this hotel one other time so far and I'm absolutely impressed. The rooms are spacious and include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and large comfortable king sized beds. They even include complimentary coffees, teas, and popcorn. Included in your stay is a free hot breakfast. How many hotels offer much more than cereal and coffee?? I have not experienced a single problem with anything and will continue to stay here on my trips.

Full kitchen, comfortable bed. It could use some renovations. I have to travel to this area every 2-3 weeks and will be staying here again. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and desk, convenient.

Nice room for the price. Hot breakfast and light dinner included. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to US 23 expressway.

Did not like the hotel. Hotel looks run down, things worked backwards and had street door for entry. This hotel had outside walk-in entries.

the hawthorn - Toledo is a nice hotel that is very similar to Marriott's Residence Inn. This location is a little dated and worn, but it is still a good place to stay. The hotel staff was very nice. It is located near shopping and several restaurants, and is pretty convenient to downtown Toledo (about 15 minute drive).

Location. No ice had to mess with toilet (periodically kept running). Believe it shows its age although still a decent value.

Suite room with kitchen, quiet, comfortable, clean and well located. Nothing. Excellent location, convenient to shopping Franklin Park Mall, quiet, secure. Clean and easy for us to stay and have an occasional meal in. I felt really relaxed there and would stay again without a doubt.

I rented the room for the weekend because I was in a wedding. The suite we were in gave us a PERFECT relaxation place! I was very happy with the Hawthorn hotel and Orbits! Thank you for making my weekend that much better!

Nice rooms with fullest kitchens. When we checked in bed was not made. Overall a nice place to stay, decor appears several years old, some wear, but clean. When we checked in it appeared that the maid was interrupted during cleaning as the bed had been stripped but not remade. A quick call to the front desk had this remedied in 5 minutes. Nice location, friendly staff, great breakfasts. We'd stay there again.

It was like having your own apartment in a quiet, peaceful setting. On-site laundry facilities were very helpful. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff friendly and acomodating. I highly recommend the Hawthorn Suites,

We got there late but still enjoyed it. If anything was missing that would have made it more enjoyable, it was time to go to the pool, etc... On other trips we usually stayed at dinky places with one smelly, supposedly non-smoking rooms. Yes this was AWESOME! Thanks a lot!
