All in all, my stay was restful, the beds were comfortable and the A/C worked extremely well. Other than the unbearably slow elevator, my stay was enjoyable.

Great breakfast! Strong cigarette odor in hallways and other public areas. Even though we arrived late we received good service. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility was overall clean and quiet, a good place to get some sleep and a good breakfast before getting back on the road.

I make frequent trips to Las Vegas on buisness and although I found that the majority of the hotels I have stayed at are nice, it's just that I would rather not stay at a casino. The casino's do have decent prices however they all tend to hit you with amenity charges upon check out. Also the cacino prices never stay the same. I have found that the price for the same stay could vary as much as * a night. My stay at the Hawthorn suites will not be my last. It is conveniently located and very cofortable. The continental breakfast is one of the best I've had and the resturant and casino next door has an excellent menu. The overall rating of this hotel is grossly under rated.

The lobby was nice the staff was plesent and helpfull. The room was clean and the decor did not hurt your eyes. Many unexpected extras make this reasonably priced hotel a real good value. In the room TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee, toiltries, toothbrush, Iiron, ironing board, wood hangers.. And to our delight a full breakfest is served starting at 6:30 AM in the small dining area in the lobby bacon, eggs, waffles, bagles, hashbrowns, fruit, cerals, coffee, juice, milk

Great place to stay quiet,frendy,neer stores.About 30 min to the strip & lake mead.my wife will look to stay there again.we travel to henderson about 2-3 times A year. Great place to stay for the money!

Clean, easy to park, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay, easy parking and a short drive to the Las Vegas Strip, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Although this is a newer hotel, it is starting to become run down. The rooms have cheap furniture and decor that is not well maintained. The shower is a joke, it slows to a trickle when a toilet is flushed. It allows dogs on even upper stories, so be prepared for a kennel experience from your adjoining room. Decent breakfeast and good access is the pluses. Low rent at not so low prices.

I will never stay at another place again when visiting the Vegas area. This place was fantastic. Good food, comfortable room, nice warm pool, fantastic people... I have NOTHING bad to say about this place.

Continental breakfast was the best, area was safety, and hotel was very clean. Elevator was to slow. Hotel was clean, continental breakfast was exceptional, hotel location was out of heavy traffic, and I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. very comfortable, well designed. We used it for our 3 day Lake Mead trip. The lake was 15-20 minutes towing the boat. Great location close to anything you need for a lake vacation. I preferred it over a larger hotel/casino. We could park the boat trailer right outside the lobby door. The walk from our room to the truck/trailer was 30 seconds. Much nicer than walking a mile through a casino and across a parking lot in 110 degree weather.

Indoor swimming pool. Jacuzzi was not hot. The room was average and allows pets which are possibly why the room smelled. Smoke alarm kept going on for no apparent reason which got annoying due to the loud ringing. The elevator was extremely slow and kept breaking down so we had to take our luggage down two flights of stairs! We were told someone got stuck in it! We stayed for the indoor pool and spa but the spa was not hot just barely warm. The pool was nice.

This was a very family oriented hotel and pet friendly as well. The room was very comfortable and additional amenities were brought up right away when requested. I would recommend this hotel to friends/family who will be traveling to Las Vegas in the near future.

Quite, out of the way from hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Comfortable room. It could use a little remodeling in the rooms as far as carpet. This is a great place to stay for an extended period when working. It is out of the way, you don't have to walk through a casino crowd to get to your room, the casino next door is great place to unwind and the food and prices next door is good.

Ammenities and staff were very family oriented. Very accommodating of our family's travel needs, from the check-in to the check-out. Also located conveniently near grocery, casual dining and other local retail needs of a travelling family.
