The staf at the hotel were outstanding. Everytime I need anything they would be right on top of it within seconds. They even drove me in their van to a local restaurant for me late at night. Great staff!

It is only 1 year old. Limited television selection. Except for no Noggin for our 13 month old to watch, it was great. Very clean, affordable, convenient. Full kitchen was helpful.

Excellent comp breakfast, pool, exercise room, comfortable rooms, great staff. Nothing. The staff was very friendly, answered all questions and directed us to a great restaurant. Small pool opens late. The complimentary breakfast had everything you would want.

We booked our reservation online on their own website 2 months before visit. We did not get the room we booked and they did not care. Beds were uncomfortable. Not happy with staff. Not a good impression of the Hawthorn Inn Chain. Would not choose them again.

it was a home away from home! ice machine in hallway. Hotel with suites, studios and standard rooms. Breakfast in the morning was great. Clean room, nice beds and pillows were too firm.

Great complimentary services; hot breakfast & evening snacks. Long trip to the lobby. Excellent location; easy to find & easy on/off interstate. The room was very clean and spacious. Convenient room amenities; coffee, ironing board, kitchenette, refrigerator.

Convenient to highway. Rooms were stark, almost austere. We were greeted at the check in desk by a clerk in a T shirt and jeans at 11:30 PM. Thought he might have been going off duty, but he said he was there for the night. Morning breakfast was warm, but dry. Waffle so hard that I could not cut it; omelets so dry that it needed a knife to cut through. Room was clean, but really stark. Bed was soft, but made the two of us role in to the center of the bed.

I loved the location, great for going on nice runs. I really enjoyed my stay there, actually it was much too short. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally tasty and far better than the usual fare. Very comfortable and well situated.

The first room we had smelled. The front desk changed our room and was extremely customer friendly. About 20 minutes farther from my destination that I would have liked. With a free breakfast and evening social this was incredible. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Great customer service.

Location, indoor pool open till 11pm - great for kids to wind down, Since I was assigned a hotel Hawthorne "Suites", I assumed it would be SUITE and so I booked a 2nd night - I had a hotel room 1/2 the size expected

Location to the Comcast Center in Mansfield and the great suite! I loved everything about the hotel. An amazing room for a crazily cheap price. Awesome suite, comfortable bed and located within reasonable distance to Boston and extremely close to Mansfield.
