We are not prone to negativity, this stay was not all bad. Except for the bathroom, the decorating and general appearance were first rate. The bed and bedding were excellent. Bath towels were late arriving and wash cloths never arrived. Debris remained unnoticed beside the bed from prior guest. We would choose some place else next time.

Very soft sheets and new beds.

We stayed here for three nights in August. The room was clean and quiet with a comfortable king sized bed. When we complained about the TV quality, they responded quickly with a solution - couldn't swap it out today but we could move to the room right across the hall. We opted to stay put but appreciated the offer. The breakfast buffet is very ample with a choice for everyone but hardly gourmet quality. Our room was not a suite although a true suite might have been available at a higher price. We didn't use what I assume was a sofa bed, so can't comment on the sleeping comfort of that. There was a small kitchen area which, again, we didn't use. There was a dressing table area outside of the bathroom - very convenient, with a great magnifying mirror. The location is very convenient to travelers on I-78, but a bit hard to find since the access is through a shopping area. Be sure to check the map.

I'd like to begin by writing that I believe myself to be a tough critic and have no affiliation whatsoever with this or any other hotel. I arrived at 9 pm. Hotel staff was welcoming and prepared for my late arrival. Room was rather large and comfortable. Bed linens were clean and odor free. Kitchenette was adequate. Refrigerator was working (I've often found small, hotel refrigerators work poorly or not at all and I need a working refrigerator for my medication and freezer bag). Bathroom was fairly clean, but I did find a few hairs that were not mine on "clean", thread-bare bathroom towels. Room carpet looked clean, as did the rest of the room. For the price and location (just 5 miles off of PA. Turnpike extention), I found the hotel a notch above others of its type, and relatively farily priced. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast and can't comment on it as "added value".

The hotel was very nice, rooms were neat and clean and much larger than I expected for the price!!!The best part, though, was the extraordinary breakfast buffet, completely complimentary.Convenient, too, was the nearby Cracker Barrel that you could walk to for dinner. The grounds were nice and well maintained and the staff very friendly.

One night stay. Romm was big and quiet. Bathroom needed little paint and ceramic tile work but was fine otherwise. Would stay here anytime.

I liked the kitchen arrangement in our room and the vanity outside the bathroom. The sausage and eggs were a bit greasy. This hotel is clean and convenient. The room was perfect for a family. I was able to put makeup on using the vanity area while family members showered.

The rooms had a king bed with a pullout sofa good for kids. The Wednesday meal could have been better. This is a great hotel chain and is terrific for families. The location was really central to a lot of places. There were a lot of dining options very close. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in this area.

The Suites were a pleasant surprise! We felt we received a super bargain for all that was in the room! Not only was there a micro and fridge, but there were cabinets and a bar sink. Not to mention the dressing vanity with hair dryer and magnifying mirror, along with an actual closet! The beds were made up beautifully with plump, decorative pillows that just made you want to fall right in and relax! The towels were also plump and crisp, bright white. The whole suite was wonderful, and the staff was outstanding with their service! The hot breakfast was delicious and well rounded. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and we would DEFINITELY stay there again - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to major roads, but away from hustle and bustle. Very quiet. The lobby, dining area and my room were very clean. Check-in and check-out were fast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A complimentary hot breakfast was served in the morning. I highly recommend and will look to Hawthorne first when scheduling future trips.
