The Hawthorne Suites was very clean and the staff friendly. The room was larger than I expected with the queen bed and a sleeper sofa, that was comfortable, a chair and desk area. We did make use of the mini fridge and the wet bar sink in that area. I liked that the bathroom was separate from another vanity area with the closet. The hot breakfast provided daily was fresh and good simple food. The staff were friendly and helpful knew the area. The location was great, there were several restaurants in the immediate area and more within less than 3 min. Shopping was close by with a mall less than 15 min. away.

Nothing. It was extremely hot in the building and room and the bed was uncomfortable.

Centrally located and great access to everything. My room was dark even with the lights on. I got a kick out of the vanity mirror that had NO lighting anywhere near it. Nice staff. Clean.

Very clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Poor use of space in the room. Very cramped two double beds. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, but over furnished room.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a wide variety of items on the hot breakfast bar. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel."
