The hotel provided a quiet serene atmosphere. The hotel is in need of renovation and a thorough cleaning. We rented two rooms for our stay and had to stay on two different floors. Staff did the best she could to satisfy us, but she cannot help the condition of the hotel. The breakfast the first morning was gross and the second day it was much better. They no longer offer the evening dinner reception, like stated in the description. The hotel is also quite far from the city. It is down a long drive near a horse park that they originally used for the Olympics in 1996. I think that is probably how long the current decor has been around too. This hotel has the potential to be 3-stars but it seems like someone just doesn't care. Too bad.

Location. Did not get the suite I had reserved - very dirty. We had to move rooms 3 times because they kept sending us to rooms that were not clean. I reserved 2 suites and they had none of those available. I am very dissatisfied that the hotel says things like this happen when booked on the Internet I think if I am promised a particular room that is what I should get. I was traveling with 3 other men for a golf outing and would have liked for us all to have had our own room as booked but that is not what happened As of right now I will never use your service again!
