NOTE: All accommodations are subject to a $20 daily resort fee thru May 2010 and will be collected by the Resort at check-out. Our goal is to make life as easy as possible for you while at our resort. To this end, we have created a no-tipping environment. Please note that your daily resort fee covers all guest services and housekeeping gratuities, wireless internet, plus provides you access to parking (valet and self), the Indies Club and Calm Waters Fitness Center. Beginning June 1st this resort fee will increase to $25 per night.

Effective immediately pets will not be accepted at the resort. Only existing reservations with pets will be accepted. Should a guest with a reservation made after 2/5/2009 show up at the desk with a pet we will not be able to accommodate the pet in any of our rooms or villas.
