StunningBeautiful grounds, stunning bedrooms, well maintained and comfortable. Hostess was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. Fabulous hideaway for a romantic break and business stay. Brilliant full english breakfast. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Superb!

One night which should be repeatedBrilliant guest house. Fantastic welcome which made us feel really at home. Directions to a local pub which provided a really fresh evening meal and a short walk which was good for us. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

A beautiful and very comfortable room. Our welcome was first class from Dave, Mel and Jason (and Pups the dog), despite Dave's broken leg. The food was good, and we felt really at home.We will certainly be back.

An absolutely fantastic guesthouse with a beautiful room, wonderful facillities and a charming couple who own and run this beautiful house. The room was not only spotless but also very sumptuously furnished with tastful furniture and lavish soft furnishings. So much so that I had to ask where Mel and Dave had bought her bedding. The breakfast had locally cured bacon with locally produced sausages which were perfectly cooked, all of the usual eggs fresh mushrooms and tomatoes. Real coffee and tea, orange juice, toast and cereal. A great way to start the day even if it is snowing. This is a freindly guesthouse for the business or leisure guest, near enough to Telford and Shrewsbury with a character all its own and secure parking, behind the electric imposing gates. We will certainly be returning. Thanks for a wounderful night!!

Hartford Guest House has been renovated by the owners and is seriously beautiful. Guest rooms are elegantly furbished and offer an extremely high standard of comfort. We particularly loved the wet room!Our hosts made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We arrived wet and tired from our trip up north and were delighted to find that they were able to offer an evening meal (literally at the drop of a hat). Both evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Though new to the business, this couple already have a sound client base (mostly business) and will undoubtedly go from strength to strength as they increase their level of accommodation. Fabulous!

Stayed here briefly for 2 nights. Very impressed with the finishing touches to this hotel. The pictures on the website do not do HGH justice. This is a beautiful environment and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it. My only issue was that there's no evening meal so you have to go out to eat. I would havepreferred to have dinner on the premises and gone straight to bed because I was so tired!

Great place to stay, friendly people, great rooms, good food AND a bar! What more could you want. Oh and the swimming pool, sky sports, did I mention the frienfdly people and great food and the bar. You feel looked after from the moment you step in the front door. If you have children the place is small enough to be able to put them to bed without feeling thay they are too far away. A very relaxing couple of days here were well spent and very much enjoyed.

Very pleasnt hotel for seeing the area. Difficult to find, but Telford is a very difficult town in which to find your way around the many rounabouts!
