The room was recently remodeled with new marble tile and counter top. I was a little apprehensive about a non-chain motel, but it was super clean and very modern. It was a small room, but no different than any other low budget motel. It was a good experience and recommend this to anyone.

It was easy to find. The woman we dealt with didn't speak English and was less than cordial. It was ok for a one night stay. The room was pretty clean. The towels are really thin and you'll have to ask for more if you need more than two towels per room.

We will come back often. I bring my grandchildren here to swim. This is a home away from home. The people in the office are always very nice.

I found bugs and stains on the sheets. I do not believe they had been washed. My brother's family stayed in another couple of rooms, found dirty underwear in the bathroom on arrival. The hot water didn't work. There was none, all cold. And some hammering in an adjacent room began at 7am in the morning and refused to stop until past 9. The bed was a typical matress you'd find in a cheap motel. The room was not very spacious. Out of all the choices in Harrisonville, this may be the best motel in the city, but that's not saying alot. With experience in other well known brand motel in the area, this one is about on par or a tad better. That means it's bad. I'd suggest staying in KC and driving into Harrisonville.
