I was really impressed with our room. The beds were super comfortable - pillow top mattresses. The view of the river was awesome and so relaxing! We stayed in the central tower and it was very quiet. North tower was much busier and looked to be for families. Loved the Baja Blue restaurant - xlnt. food! Buffet - thumbs down on that one. Hotel also had Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Mc Donald's and Cinnabon. Loved them! Casino was nice because it had one whole room (not just a small area) for non-smoking players. Would definitely go back again!

No in room coffee and no chair to set in other than at the desk there was plenty of room for one. Clean room, no extras, without the extras the room did not rate the star level you have give it.

We stayed in the North Tower that was recently renovated and had a great time. Everyone was friendly. The only negative point was that the room doesn't have a coffee maker. I called to request one for the room and was told that for another $30.00/night they could move me to the aldult tower and that room would have a coffee maker but not available in the North Tower.

Our stay was awesome. We got a heck of a deal on the rooms through travel website and our stay of 5 days was great. When we made our reservations we weren't sure if we wanted to stay in the family tower, because of the possibility of the noise and children. The rooms were very quiet. We first thought there was no one staying around us, however we met the couple who had the room next to us in the hall (with children). The biggest disadvantage to the room was it's distance from everything, but we didn't mind the walk for the savings! Water taxi's will take you to all the hotel/casinos on the strip for $4.00 a single trip or $15.00 for a full day pass. The buffet was really good. There was a brunch every day with Eggs Benedict and an Omelet station. It has two pools. One is for families and the other is for Adults only. There is also a nice man made beach area that goes down to the rivers edge with cabana's, tables, and lounge chairs to enjoy the morning's. Over all a great experience. We will definitely do it again!

We stayed in an Adult only tower (Central Tower)so that was good for us. Overall we had no complaints about this hotel. We spent a little more time at another casino gambling but did win at Wheel of Fortune here. We loved the water taxi. Everyone that worked here was friendly and NICE. I thought they all seemed to like there jobs which is not the case in Las Vegas, or at least it seems that way. Buffet was good. Cafe was good. There is a lot to do in this area besides gamble. We spent an afternoon on Lake Mohave ( rented a boat). And a full day exploring Oatman, and Chloride, two "old towns" near by. We would stay here again.

Convenient, modern, small hotel feel yet large. One of our rooms had beer bottle and urine on carpet, smelly. Slow service and inattentive staff. Fine for the small price.

The location was a little ways from the rest, just couldn't walk to the next casio on the river walk. But in some ways that was nice and made it secluded you could just lay on the beach if you want to getaway and relax. We loved the water taxis and the Jet Boat ride to the London Bridge. We plan on going back in September. It sure beats the crazy crowds and traffic in Las Vegas anymore. Hope to see more of the area then.

The room was great! Corner room with two large windows with view of river. We couldnt hang out at the pool because there sewer line runs directly behind the pool and everytime the wind shifted, we would get a foul smell looming. Not relaxing at all. It was 116 degrees and the pool is where you want to be!! The mexican restaurant was very good with excellent margaritas.

Price & location. Both double beds had lumpy mattresses. Better than we expected. Got an excellent room rate price from priceline.com ($24 per night) & the facilities were great. Only issue was with the beds. They were lumpy. We did bring that to the attention of the manager after checking out & we were told the room we had was an older room & they are in the process of replacing that mattresses in those rooms. We could have mentioned that earlier during our stay we were told & they would have been replaced on the spot. So our concerns were met promptly & professionally & I would suspect that if a customer had other issues they would be met the same way. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The upgraded 'DELUXE ROOM' was up to par with Motel 6. There was no soap, shampoo, lotion provided; however housekeeping did respond to our request for the items. Had to call housekeeping both days we stayed. The furniture was sparse and there was only one chair in the room. The carpet was dirty and it appeared it had not been dusted for weeks. If this is the caliber of the Deluxe room, I would hate to spend time in their 'CLASSIC ROOM. The buffet was overpriced and food selection was poor, Hot food was cool or cold... This was our first stay in a Harrah's and will be our LAST.

The staff upon arrival was wonderful. However, when we saw our room, we were disappointed. We received two queen beds instead of a king. We called down to the desk and we asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. We then asked if we could change rooms and we were told there were no other rooms available? We were disappointed they couldn't assist us with this simple request. The casino is nice, clean and lots of cocktail staff, a definite plus. The bars are clean and the bartenders are great and very personable. They make you feel welcome and will refill a drink without even asking. Very nice. We were very disappointed there was not staff on the beach for cocktails or water. The Tiki Hut is closed during the week-A DEFINITE MINUS. Someone could have had heat stroke in the middle of the day and it would take far too long to be assisted. They should have coolers on the beach with complementary water for the guests. I believe they advertise food and beverage service on the beach. They should let people know that during the week, this does not exist. The reason we chose this hotel was for the beach and food service during the day on the beach. We were again disappointed. Finally, something you should know, there is not entertainment(shows) during the week. It is not just Harrah's, it's everywhere. We would have liked to have been able to attend a show but, none were available. FYI to all of you who are looking forward to a good laugh or Follies...Monday thru Thursday...it doesn't exist.

I like that they had a private beach. When we went to check out their was one person working the desk and she was on the phone. I would stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly (though only talked to them at check in), they gave us an awesome corner room that had two sets of windows over looking the river. The room was newly updated with a flat screen t.v. and granite counter tops in bathroom. The Bathroom could definitely have been cleaner. There was hair on the shower walls and the bathroom smelled kinda funky. The pools were very nice, the beach was cool-umbrellas and lawn chairs set up. Negatives: We were by far the youngest people there and we are in our late 20's and early 30's. The only other negative, is that the hotel is far from the rest of the casino's-but there are water taxi's to take you around. We would definitely stay here again (I like the beach :))

well came back after 5 year absence things have changed ,still the smallest casino in laughlin and the tight was there for 5 days and only saw 2 pay-offs of 2,500.00. Range steakhouse way over priced ,beach cafe ok for breakfest ,market fresh buffet ok ,mexican rest, not that great!! beach and pools wonderful bars always hopping rooms nice and clean did not notice much security but felt safe entire staff is wonderful don't listen to other posts maybe those people were nasty. i suggest you gamble at other hotels you'll never win here but still great place to stay
