We knew we were in trouble when the first thing said at chek-in was "you know you don't have a view with your room, but we do have upgrades to a suite". Their idea of no view is a curtain with a wall behind it or as in our case, a curtain with a wall and a whole bunch of dirty equipment. It must be a lousy place for the staff to go as the room was not cleaned once in our three day stay. We would stay away all day long and when we came in for the evening, a house keeper would show up 5 minutes after we got in, every day like she was waiting, and offer to clean the room or if we like, she would just leave clean towels. We paid almost the same price with Orbitz as the advertised rate on the Hard Rock web sight but were treated as second class citizens for the whole three days. This was our first trip to the Hard Rock and we wanted to check it out for our friends that go up there. We have stayed at Beau Rivage, Island View and the Grand Casino and have always been made to feel special, here it's hard to even get a smile from some of the staff and casino personnel. We're so sorry that it was not better.

Very nice rooms, took my wife for her birthday and she loved it, make sure you get the room with a view! I will go back again, loved it! Really comfortable bed, slept like a baby! Giant tv and awsome view from the the 11th floor. Giant pool, lots of fun in the casino, great buffet, just go, you will love it!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, he loved the flat screen television. Stayed during the week so the rate was a great deal.

Loved the hotel and the room. Hated the full one hour it to check-in at. It was 1:30am when we arrived after a 6 hour drive. The hotel had no reservation for me even though I had my confirmation from Orbitz. Don't know if the problem was with Orbitz or the hotel.

The hotel is good. The rooms could use some comfortable chairs to sit in. The bed has a topper that very soft. Big HDTV works well. The shower was cool with 3 shower heads. I called it the rain forest!

This place rules!!! First off Biloxi in general has done a great job rebuilding since Katrina. The Hard Rock makes it that much easier for southerners with a little gamble to them to enjoy casino action via road trip rather than losing 2 days flying to Vegas and back. join the slot club for free play. enjoy great top-shelf drink service and very fair Blackjack and Craps rules. * no-limit holdem is played in a small but fun poker room and late night menu @ 24/7 grill is kick ass... Rooms are the best in Biloxi at the standard level and yes I have stayed at Beau Rivage. Good location and nice pool round it off. Expensive but worth it. Have fun and always double down on 11, well unless the dealer is showing an ace that is.

This is a party hotel, the room smelled like somebody have smoked in it. Requested a change of room and the staff was ultra friendly and got a room that smelled nicer. When arrived there was a pool party, so if you are planning to party all day long, this is the place. A very bad thing was the limited amount of elevators, we had to make a line for five minutes to get into the elevator to get to our room, it was at rush our though.

Arrived at the hotel around 5:00PM only to be told our rooms would not be ready for another hour. The front desk staff was very indifferent and had nothing to say except "initial the registration form". The request was not preceded by "please". Other guests in line also had the same problem. When I asked to speak to the desk supervisor she stayed in her office and wouldn't come out. This was on a Tuesday so a booked weekend couldn't be used as an excuse. Once we finally got into our rooms the stay was very pleasant.

Went to Hard Rock for 5th wedding anniversary and had a great time. Kinda pricy room rates but check sites like cheaptickets for a great deal. This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest room we had ever stayed in. I would definatly recommend everyone to check out the Rise Lounge on the 12th floor. A++

We had an excellent time-gambled a bit and walked over to Beau Rivage to check it out. We enjoyed our stay very much and the rooms were excellent. Didn't get to experience the pool that much as the weather wasn't the best...but it looked nice.

We visited Hard Rock for a gambling week-end. We were more than pleased with the slot machine selections and the whole casino was kept clean and workers wre friendly. Our room was a bonus !! We loved it, much more than we expected for the average room. The shower, with 3 sprayers was fantastic. We will definately be back.
