Great Hotel, - has done the Beatles proud1Booked this hotel as an anniversary treat for my partner. The hotel and room were stunning! Clean, modern, staff were nice and friendly. The decor was brill and it was an experience in itself to stay here! The only downside was that the room didn't have a mini bar :-(Would recommend to any Beatles fan!

A lovely hotel convenient for shops galleries and museums. Staff were helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable thanks to "late rooms" I think we would have been disappointed had we paid the full amount. We did not have dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast was very expensive and nothing special - bacon over-cooked and sausage under-cooked but edible!

Comments from HarrogateReceived a warm welcome from concierge and staff friendly. Standards excellent and the facilities good in the hotel room, very comfortable bed and superb lighting options. Restaurant good value and food delicicious. The only downside was the noise from the Cavern Club which was near to the hotel , very noisy and this continued until after 3am in the morning.

FANTASTICGorgeous modern hotel, room was lovely, only complaint about the hotel was our room had make up smears up the wall and finding a piece of chewing gum on the window ledge!! Apart from that I would recommend this hotel highly for city breaks. Very central, lovely restaurant and bar and overall a vey pleasant stay there. Will visit again!!

A beautifully decorated hotel, ideally located next to the Cavern Club. a must for Beatles fansThis hotel is tastefully decorated with Beatles influences throughout. It has an elegant theme to it. It is a grade 2 listed building with a contempory twist. It is perfectly located next to the Cavern club and loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. In fact nothing is further than a 10 min walk away, Albert Dock, the chinese quarter, the Beatles story , shopping and parking a 2 min walk.

Excellent for Beatles fans. Price paid via Laterooms was "about right"..wouldnt pay the £200 +Breakfast...discounted price of £10...was OK, service a little haphazard.Excellent bars and location is ideal. You may encounter a little external noise from Mathew Streetrevellers, but it is Liverpool in an area which caters for music and fun. Go for it!

A great hotel in the centre of Liverpool, the rooms can be a little noisy but what do you expect from a city centre hotel. The house keeping is excelent and the quality of room matches.Due to the location the hotel employs doormen, not an issue unless they decide that your not high enough calibre to be a resisdent. I was only stopped twice so I can't complain.All in all a good hotel and a reasonable price.

we love the beatlesthe hotel was gorgeous, staff were very friendly and welcoming, all the art work of the beatles was fantastic. the location is amazing being so close to mathew st, albert docks and the shops, althought the lift wasnt working for the best part of the evening and we had no hot water for an hour, this did not effect how pleased we were with our stay, recomened to any ture beatles fan.

requested a internal room as had read that the outside rooms were very noisey, was given the noisiest room possible on the corner of the hotel!, complained and was given a small refund, the noise did not subside til 5 a.m and we could not turn the tv up loud enough to drown it out!, other than that the hotel was great and the staff very polite and friendly.

Conference attendee with some time to spare ...Class Hotel. Very clean. Fascinating Beatles memorabilia. High quality fitments in room. Room size smaller than some, but more than adequate. Breakfast choice limited but again adequate. Only minor gripe is the noise from (presumably underground ) trains. Close to Liverpool One for the shoppers, and next to the Cavern for the nostalgic. Easy walk to Albert Docks. Definitely worth it at reduced rate - not so sure value for money at full price.

Excellent hotel. We were worried it would be noisy but we had a very quiet room adjacent to an internal courtyard. Room was gorgeous although a bit on the small side. Nowhere to put case and it was very difficult trying to get behind the desk to plug in the kettle/ hairdryer. Breakfast was a waste of money. A very poor buffet breakfast with little choice. For the cost of breakfast it should have been made to order. I would definitely stay again as we loved the hotel but next time we will give breakfast a miss and take a short walk up Bold Street to Maggie Mays for a fantastic cooked to order breakfast for a fraction of the cost.

First class accomadation in liverpool and would have no hesitation about booking in the hotel again.Exceptional hotel and great rooms which are themed and lovely decor. Bar drinks pricey and service alittle slow in cocktail bar. Excellent overall.
