Not sure what the traveler with the disability is referring to. This is a beautiful property,.Great value! The master bedroom (there were 2 BRs) was large with a private balcony, seating area, walk in double shower, beautiful double vanity with granite countertops. The living room features a 54" wide screen tv with all the cable channels, wireless internet. There is a fabulous, well-quipped stainless steel and granite kitchen and it is perfectly situated overlooking the harbour and the sunsets. There is private parking and an elevator that is conveniently located close to this unit. The management company and rental agency are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always call in advance before I travel to make sure everything is as expected. The rental folks were very accommodating here at Hilton Head Accommodations.

If you are handicapped and need any kind of special accommodations or modifications due to your disability DO NOT STAY HERE. The condo management who runs the place is not very understanding of people with special disability needs and they are very discrimainatory and would not accommodate my friends simple request for a special accommodation due to their handicapped even though it was absolutely a vital need for my friends safety and ability to function and have wheelchair access while staying here. As a result of this condo complexes managemenmts refusal to accommodate a simple request made by my friend due to her disability my friend was badly injured and the situation caused her and the party she was staying with much grief and misery. The various vacation rental companies who provide rentals at this complex may be okay,but if you are a person with any special needs issues due to disability or handicapped needs,beware of staying here as the condo management does not understand or choose to follow the Americans With Disability Act laws or regulations and they were unwilling to provide any kind of flexilbility or modification provisions for some one with a simple and very necessary life sustaining handicapped need for access even though the management was made aware the need was vital and for a life threatening problem that my friend has. As for design and niceness the condo units are on the Harbour part of the water and there are alot of resturaunts,and musical concerts,ice cream and boating activities. The condo unit was fairly nice,large,pretty,and comfortable to stay in, as long as you get one that has a working A/C(OURS DID NOT). But the staff who runs it is not nice at all at least not if you have a disability need.
