great hotel. minutes from nathen rd with free shuttle food was lovely and the facilities were perfect pool open all day and VERY relaxing definitly going back next year same time

I had a 3 day stay and was very satisfied. Right next to main KCR train station, so easy for trips into China. Hotel has a shopping center built alongside with many restaurants. Only minor complaint is room was quite small (executive floor), but was comfortable. Good gym. Free bus every 20 minutes to/from Kowloon takes about 10 minutes. Free bus to/from Airport Express Station every 12 minutes (bus K1 I think).

The shuttle bus was great. The Reception was cold and the room is small. If you want to stay a night, ok go a head ! For a longer length in Hong Kong, go else where, you will find your money better spend!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my mom. We had a side harbor view room. Despite the small size, the room was very nice. My plane arrived early in the morning and the hotel was nice enough to let me check in way before the regular check-in time. That really saved me the trouble of leaving the luggage and then returning to check into the room again. The swimming pool and hot tub were nicely located with spectacular harbor view. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is pricy but there are lots of restaurants within the building complex of the hotel. The location is also great, it took us 10 minutes to walk to the train station. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Was dissapointed in regards to the communication for using the business centre. I was told that the internet cost was per 50-mins, only to find that this 15-mins due to the business centres command of the English language. Hotel location handy for KCR train, not handy for much else.

the hotel close to MTR and shopping center,i stayed 11 days,and the have wonderful service,the room is very clean,bed is perfect,very nice view thru the habour,view form the breakfast area top flor 20 floor.i would like to stay again this hotel price a little to much i guess.

This hotel is closer to Wampoah village in Kowloon and is located right next door to the Hung Hom Station. This area is more residential than commercial and is a nice break from the craziness of TST and TST East.

Friendly staff speak Cantonese & English. Elegant looking property. Couldn't get access to hotel from street level on the train station side. Need better signage. The Harbor Plaza Metropolis Kowloon was more than I expected. Very nice property & convenient location. The bus loop (bus #A21 direct from airport) & KCR Hung Hom train station was across the street. Lobby & rooms are elegant. Complimentary bottled water in each room. Buffet breakfast on the Club Lounge floor (20th fl) is only $108 HKD.

we booked a suite (2adults+2 children): it was a little bit too small but this is Hong Kong! The restaurants are expensive compare with what you can find elsewhere, so we had our meals outside. There are other options for breakfast as well (shopping mall+ Hung Hom MTR station).We had a little kitchen so we could shop at Metropolis mall (7 eleven+ park'n'shop) for bfast. They have a very convenient free shuttle bus from and to Tsim Sha Tsui MRT. So the location is very good. Hotel is very easy to reach from airport as well ( Airport express train+ free shuttle bus to hotel. Value for money was good with [website] prices.

This is a beautiful hotel and great value for money. It is ten minutes by free shuttle to Nathan Rd, Kowloon. The shuttle runs every twenty minutes from about 0630 to midnight. The views from the roof garden on the top of the hotel are stunning - panoramic views of Hong Kong at night. We paid NZ $100 per night extra to use this facility and the club lounge but you get free breakfast for everyone in the room, free shoe shine and garment pressing, free expressos all day and a free buffet and all the beers or wine you can drink from 18:00 to 20:00. Well worth it. This is the second time we stayed here and will be definitely coming back. If you want access to the Harbour Club best to come from Friday to Sunday.

Clean, modern, nice swimming pool, staff helpful and spoke English, reliable shuttle into town, nice bathroom and bath. Not much in the immediate vicinity, money exchange was high in hotel, rooms small, maid service very late in day. A nice looking clean, modern hotel.. It is a 10 minute reliable, efficient shuttle service from downtown Kowloon. I would have preferred to have a place though that I could walk outside and be in town. It is attached to a mall with a lot of restaurants but most places in mall cater to Chinese, and not much English speakers. Next to train station, so would be good for people interested in that.

The accessibility from the airport, it's just a train ride and shuttle away. Close to a shopping mall. No outlets! Only one outlet in the whole room. At the price we paid (about $108 a night) it was a great value! Clean, contemporary-designed room, nice common areas, and great options for restaurants, fitness and leisure (spa). Shopping mall beside it. Excellent accessibility from the airport (a train and shuttle ride away) and to city center (free shuttle ride away).

Very convenient if you are taking the train to Shenzen or Guangzhou, because you can walk over to the train station in 10 minutes.

Very very attentive staff, without overdoing it. Main restaurant (breakfast) was very slow to recognize me at a table...very very slow. Many items for breakfast were sitting empty for long time. Great location, friendly attentive staff in all areas, beautiful views, complimentary shuttle was great.

Free shuttle buses to downtown and airport train. Clean. Friendly. Distance from central Kowloon. Overall excellent. Helpful staff, nice rooms. Distance from central Kowloon was far, but the free shuttle buses every twelve minutes made it easier. Tour desk in hotel got me two good tours of the city and harbor.

Atrue 4 stars hotel. Location was not conveniently located at or near by matro stops. Hotel entrance is grand and spacious. The room is reasonably sized, unlike other 4 stars in HK thatI stayed, this one can truely be called a 4 stars.

"My room was promoted to a suite from regular one. It was great. This hotel is connected indoor to a shopping center with food court and resturants. It is also close to Hong Hum Station. But when I checked in and waited in the line, the receptionist was interrupted to service a caucasion who came from no where. Also, the hotel charges HK$20 for one sheet of computer printing. Shuttle bus is somewhat convient only till midnight. Pool is closed during winter time even though we didn't feel cold at all."
