Great location for a hotel close to ATT Park. Is within walking distance but you can catch the Muni just a block or two away. Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Room was immaculate! View from the room was of the other windows but they had beautiful window coverings so it didn't matter. I would recommend this hotel!

Everything was great, location best. This is a great place to stay in San Francisco especially if you want to come in via ferry as it is across the street. Also walking distance to Giants Ballpark and Cable Cars for easy travel around city.

We stayed at the Harbor Court one time and plan on returning over and over again. The staff is phenomenal and the accommodations are first class. The location is terrific and you get to avoid the hustle and bustle of areas such as Union Square, etc., yet get to stroll along the waterfront day or night. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

My mother-in-law and I stayed at the Harbor Court 7/23-7/28/08. Not only did we love San Francisco, but we also really liked the Harbor Court Hotel. The staff was fantastically helpful and friendly, the amenities were quite nice (things like the complimentary cookies and milk at night, apples anytime, lemonade during the day, free wireless internet in the rooms for those with laptops, cotton balls, q-tips, as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. make a difference for me), and the location was really convenient to public transportation, as you are within a few blocks of the Embarcadero Station where you can catch any number of trains or other MUNI transportation, the BART, or the California Cable Cars (go early in the morning on a weekday for no line). You can also catch the F line right to Fisherman?s Wharf within a block (ask the hotel staff how). Also, all of the rails that go down Market Street end at the Embarcadero, so it doesn?t matter which you take. We loved the post office being right across the street, the access to the Ferry Building and farmer?s market on Saturday, how close we were to some of the best chocolate in the city (two places in the Ferry Building and Fog City News ? fogcitynews.com), and the comfort of the beds in the room. The hotel lobby and rooms are nicely decorated, although the view from our room of the courtyard was terrible. We saw a bunch of huge pipes?if you?re there for a while spring for the view of the Bay Bridge if you care about that sort of thing. It would have been nice to have two beds, but the hotel doesn?t have any at all. They let us check in early and held our bags until 4pm.

The staff was extremely unfriendly. I expect the people at the front desk to be a little more friendly. "Hello" when you arrive. "Goodbye" when you leave. Instead of a greeting I received a dumbfounded blank stare. If you do decide to stay at this hotel make sure to request a room that does not face the adjacent building. At around 1:30 am there were people/workers on the roof of the building next door shining flashlights into our room. Rooms were clean but extremely small. I tripped over my 1 bag about 4 times. Parking at the hotel is expensive. There is cheaper overnight parking in lots within short walking distance.

It was very clean and they had a wine tasting. The people that worked there were very friendly.

It is a pretty nice hotel. The only issue we had was the size of the room - very small. The bed was also small - and it must be a thing about San Francisco that they have a different idea of Queen size bed. My husband and I were slightly concerned when we saw the size of the bed but actually slept quite well. Fine if you are travelling alone. If there are two of you (and it doesn't cost much) upgrade to a larger room than the standard. Nice location and near Embarcadero bart stop so good for getting from the airport + to union square.

It was clean and comfortable and in a good safe location. We faced machinery on a rooftop. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The view was ugly. Not even a city view was offered or courtyard.

Comfort of the beds. The hotel staff did not treat me the same as the rest of the guest Hotel staff never told me about the extras wine in the living room in the evening free coffee, etc also whenI asked about parking my car, that they charge $40.00 for she told me she was busy to come back, I've never heard of someone to busy for their customers.

This hotel was nice and clean. The room was very small, but comfortable for sleeping, just not hanging out in. For a quick 1 or 2 day trip it was perfect. Beware of the 40 valet that you really don't have a choice but have to do. Street parking is all metered and rare. The dining they said was located in the hotel really isn't, it's next door and is a packed loud place. More like a bar than a traditional sushi place. BUT....for * in the City, great location, we can't complain.

The Harbor Court Hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was relatively small, and was located adjacent to an airwell, with a large building fan that ran constantly, creating room noise that was irritating.

The hosted wine bar from 5 to 6 every evening was an unexpected treat.

A great value - extremely reasonable rates. Nice perks like honor bar, plasma TV, wireless internet, upscale bath products, comfy bed and pillows. The base rooms are small but if you're looking for a nice place to sleep, this Kimpton hotel is for you. Great ambiance.

the Harbour Court is well located to the financial district along the scenic embarcadero. Rooms were small, but clean. Bathroom was funky and not very private. Some, like me, would be put off by the fact that's it's pet friendly. One elevator was not in operation at the time. Ask for a bridge view.

Harbor Court Hotel is a gem of a hotel! The location is right on the water, next to a row of beautiful restaurants. The lobby is gorgeous, provides free internet service, appetizers, wine and cookies. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. My husband and I love to take weekend get aways to San Francisco. This hotel has been, by far, the best! Clean, safe part of town, classy environment, close to the BART train and METRO! We will DEFINTELY be back.
