Friendly service, clean rooms and not too much traffic noise even though it was handy to the city centre. Pool could have done with a leaf sweeper but as no one was using it that was not too much of issue. Didnt pay a fortune so happy with what we received, would stay there again.

Proximity to Newtown shops is most acceptable to me and I look forward to my next stay, thankyou.

Very basic room, but had a nice stay here. Might be nice to modernize some of the rooms at some point.

I appreciated before I arrived being rung and informed the motel I was booked into was the one on the right as the motel was now broken into two. I was disapponted.. the room was old and tired..The carpet looked dirty and was saggy. One positive was that it was quiet and the motelier was very obliging.

The management and staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. A great place to stay if you want to be near Newmarket. Location was important to me. The rooms were nice and spacious.

Nice and handy to Newmarket. Parking at the door. Very affordable. Comfortable place to stay.
