We stayed at the Hanoi Capital for 3+1 days, in the break we went to Halong Bay and Sapa - even though we weren't booked in to stay for the night when leaving on the trian to Sapa, we had a room made available to us with a genuine "welcome home" when we'd returned. Sometimes it's he smallest things, that individualise an experience, such as a "welcome" tea whenever we would return from sightseeing. Hoang accompanying us on his motorbike to the train station to make sure we were sorted and then waving until we were out of sight. (It's not hard to find "helpful people" anywhere in Asia but generally they're selling or conning.) The staff were genuinely caring and helpful without any expectations. It was a great start to our stay in Vietnam. The rooms were priced well at $25 US and 2 star. The staff were 5 star and "guest centred'" not "profit motivated". We would particularly like to thank Jenny; at the end of the day we felt we had made a friend.

Our stay in Hanoi Capital hotel was simply wonderful. We were a group of five people that arrived extremely early in the morning and were initially greeted by hotel staff , who made us feel at home right away. He led us into our bedrooms and made sure we were comfortable and didnt need anything else. The bedrooms were large, with clean bathrooms, clean floors, good AC and ceiling fan, TV and fridge & Internet . Bottled water and Tea ,coffee was complimentary in room. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was great because everyday when we came back to the room we just want to sleep and relax . Tony and all staff of hotel were so great to us. Tony was always smiling and pleasant and always double checked to see if we needed anything, be it a taxi, food, directions, you name it. Breakfast was delicious and fresh too. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel for enjoy ,relaxing at comfortable and friendly staff it adds such a personal charm to your trip. Thank you for your treats us like a home .

I found the hotel perfectly located, the breakfast was ample, and the rooms were spacious and clean(Just New Renovated ). The staff were friendly, and everyone took pride in their work. I would stay there again on my next visit to Hanoi. It was cheap and easy to hire bikes and booking any trip to next city, and the reception desk was always helpful. Strongly Recommend !

Tony Hoang was really very accommodating in booking our stay. He personally arranged for our pick up from and to the airport, down to arranging our tours. All his staff like Lan and Jimmy, were very helpful and very very friendly. The manager, Hoang Tony, was very hospitable and managed to quote me a promotional rate. He upgraded us to the VIP room during our last day stay. The room is very nice and clean (but the power plug is at the very awkward location though- but no big deal at all). The whole staff helpful and friendly ,looked sincerely determined to ensure that our stay would be very comfortable and memorable! We also thanked to Tony invited us to having dinner together after we back from watching water puppet show. .We really enjoyed a wonderful vietnamese food. Stayed in Hanoi Capital Hotel for 4 nights. Its a lovely nice hotel set in the quieter streets of the Old Quarter. It is fairly larger than most of the boutique hotels around the area. We also have chance to visit their long queque night market during weekends. Crowded with people. Many stuffs selling with lower price. Hanoi is very famous with their chaotic and constant honking from vehicles. We still cant get used it.

Excellent service from the pick up at the airport to hotel ,very welcome for early check-in with no extra money make our first day in Hanoi is more happiness . Excellent location for exploring the old town - walked everywhere.Very close to local market ,restaurant,shopping area … Room was clean with window ,Shower ,Aircon,TV - was plenty spacious and internet service was great. Daily Buffet Breakfast From 7:00 am at hotel restaurant.I love your scramble egg and vietnamese green tea . Thanks you for your hospitality during our time in Hanoi . Would strongly recommend to anyone
