we will not stay at those facilities again. The front desk workers were not friendly when we needed some forgotten amenities and not helpful when our toilet stopped working. needless to say we had to share with a co-worker's bath which luckily stayed across from us. The thermostat would not work, so having to open a window to the outside there was mold all around the window! The door kept locking me out, I had to make numerous trips from the third floor to get my cards remade. The carpet was a mess. there were dark stains in different spots where it had an icky feeling when stepped on. There were also old blood stains on the bed sheets which they quote are the new cloud nine set. The housekeepers in the morning are a LOUD bunch. They rapped on the door repeatedly, even with the do not disturb sign. While ironing my clothes for church there was dark dirty water stains from the iron! There was only a few minutes till we left. so I had to leave with a dirty but iorned dress shirt. The $175.00 a night isnt worth it with a poor location such as Hobbs, the breakfast was a nasty hodgepodge of plasticy looking eggs and sausage.Tasted as poor as it looked. When I spoke to the manager she simply smiled sweetly and said Im sorry about that, if you stay till thursday we have a manager's reception where we have free food and beer. Ok cool, wont fix my predicamant, so just smoothe it over like it never happened.. problem is my last stay doesnt extend to thursday. Asking for the %100 garentee is futile, have to have extreeme circumstances not billions of smaller problems. Bottom line I do not recommend this hotel, unless you want to get gouged and screwed over at the same time.

The hotel was clean, but it had holes in the walls that had been repaired but not painted. The shower was small. The bed was very comfortable and the service was friendly. There are hotels locally that are newer and might be in better condition.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. It was clean and in excellent repair. The complimentary breakfasts were a little on the skimpy side. The hot selections were obviously out of a frozen box. The staff was especially nice and friendly and set the tone for our stay. The hotel was furnished beautifully and was very clean. The room was most comfortable, especially the bed with its unique comforter and thick pillows. Great value for the money. I would stay there again if traveling on business in the area.

I liked the new design in the bathrooms. For a new hotel-everything was falling apart. The light in the doorway of the hotel had fallen down and luckily the wires kept it from falling! A/C worked when it wanted to. It was hot and stuffy and holes in the bathroom wall.

Spacious. Pricey for a hotel room in Hobbs, NM! The hotel staff was wonderful. The room was spacious. My only complaint was that the price did not match the location. I live in a tourist town and would expect to pay more here, but in an oilfield town with nothing to do, I think the rooms are priced too high!

The bed and bedding were very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the shower. The air conditioner was noisy. We will stay in the hotel again when visiting hobs, nm.

If I had any questions they were answered quickly and accurately. There was no pay per view. I thought the hotel was great. The employees were all very friendly and helpful during my stay. The breakfast was also very nice. I will definitely stay there again because of it's convenience and price as well as the friendly atmosphere and staff. Thank you for a great stay.
