i am in ktown at least 10 times per year from memphis. this hotel is wonderful in virtually every way. even gave me extra checkout time when business took longer than expected

during our stay, there was a day where house cleaning failed to visit our room, meaning beds blankets, trash, towels, were not 're-set The hotel manager said they could comp us on anything, for our inconveniences.

Upscale look and feel for a Hampton. We liked everything. Well located for business or leisure activities downtown or at UT. Seemed like new; if not, very well taken care of. All staff we had dealings with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Would stay there again.

Due to the illness of a relative in the Knoxville area, we had to be in this area for an extended period of time. This Hampton Inn location was so convenient. The staff, from the manager to the cleaning ladies, maintenance men, front desk personnel, and the ones that prepared the morning breakfast were exceptional. The compassion they show for me and my family was amazing, they made us feel like they were part of our family. We have never experience such treatment from total strangers, and they will always remain in our hearts.

The decor, the cleanliness and the free wireless internet. Limited parking, but this was also a busy weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I prefer modern decor with comfortable accommodations. This provided all of that. In addition, you receive the continental breakfast. Last but not least the free wireless internet was a significant plus. I often stay at the Westin. As much as I love the accommodations at the Westin.

This hotel has a wonderful location to downtown Knoxville. You can walk to many attractions. The rooms and staff are great. The only downside is if you have kids looking forward to the pool. It is indoor and very small.

We are so lucky to have this hotel on a recent visit to Knoxville. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and updated. The beds were like sleeping on clouds.
