Excellent hotel.Offers complimentary breakfast, free wifi, and 24 hours coffee.Very clean rooms, very helpful staff.The only con I can think of is that the hotel is almost always fully occupied. So, chances of getting an early check-in or late check-out are not too promising. We took a red-eye from California and arrived at the hotel around 10am. Not a single room was still available (our check-in was at 3pm that day). The hotel manager [...] was very helpful.He tried his best to make us comfortable in the lobby and got us in the first available room at 11am.That's the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly people, convenient location to White Plains. Friendly people, clean rooms, good breakfast available, these are a few of the reasons I will stay at this hotel again.

This was a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and exceptionally helpful in providing directions and schedule for the train to New York. The breakfast room was not too mobbed and the offerings were quite adequate. Only two very small inconveniences: 1) the hotel is on a hill and the steps leading up to the entrance are quite steep; 2) there was only one computer in the business center. Overall, a very good value for the money.

Pillows andnice bed. Internet wasslow. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, but the wireless internet was slow and the computer in the business center was not working.

The Elmsford Hampton Inn was located just around the corner from Antun's of Westchester where my sister and I attended a Saturday night wedding. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! There was a nice free continental breakfast the next morning, although the 7:00am knock on the door that came with our check out receipt slide underneath wasn't too welcome on a Sunday! All in all it was a good stay, and the room was clean and comfy!

It was a beautiful room, well accommodated, clean, romantic. There is nothing we disliked about this hotel. This hotel is very clean - our room was romantic and beautiful - it is well situated (easy to find) and close to restaurants, other cities, and shopping. It was an enjoyable stay and if we are in Elmsford again we will definitely stay here.

Very helpful front desk--attend to your every need. Right off the exit made it easy to find and close to my events. Breakfast--food and people--was plenty and friendly. Coffee and tea always available is nice. The rooms are current, clean and not cramped with lots of light.

This was pleasant and comfortable. The room was well appointed, but there was some difficulty obtaining enough clean towels on the Sunday morning. Brealfast was good, and check in/ check out was easy.

No restaurants nearby. The fitness had only one treadmill and not much else. Front desk failed to notify me when I instructed them to call me when they received a package I was waiting for.

The Hampton Inn White Plains exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, the rooms were large enough for our family of 4 to be comfortable. The fold out couch was very appreciated.

We always try to stay at the Hampton Inn in Elmsford when we are in the area visiting family. I usually compare rates and find that the Hampton Inn is usually one of the best buys. It's easy access to several major highways, Tarrytown, and even NYC make it a good choice for us. There are so many great places to visit-from Wave Hill in Riverdale to the cute shops in Tarrytown and Bronxville. This is the first time we had to take a smaller room due to the lack of non-smoking rooms. I have to admit that we prefer the bigger rooms with the larger bed, but the small room was still adequate and very comfortable and clean. We always enjoy the breakfast and appreciate that it has a variety of choices, including a hot breakfast. The large open room where the breakfast is located is a plus. There always seems to be people enjoying the large television, even in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was nice. The hotel customer service was not very friendly, and the location was on a hillside and still had a horrible view. Very clean, and very nice hotel.

Location. Terrible room- smallest bed I've ever seen. I've had a bad back since the stay. The bed was literally 3 feet across for two people, the room had someone else's half drunk glass of, on the desk, the TV was not plugged in. It was a handicapped accessible room with a wheelchair shower and a shower curtain that was at least 6" off the floor and created a lake in the bathroom when used. The room looked like it was never usually occupied by guests.

Had a good breakfast. Dirty in places, little hot water, staff did not know what they were doing, confused. The location was up a steep hill. They gave me one room, and after I had gone up, told my husband I was in another room, and then couldn't remember where they had sent me. Had to change rooms after hauling very heavy luggage. Didn't seem to care. Elevators were dirty. Hot water took5-7 min. to come on, and then not very hot.
