Hotel was ok..a bit pricey for what you got

Everyone very friendly, it felt very safe after hours because of locked doors and very well lit grounds (in and outside). i was hoping for a small fridge in the room to keep food and drinks cold.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was clean and in good shape. The staff was helpful and the bed was one of the best in any hotel that I have stayed. A great place at a great price.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past... I booked the last room. I made a big mistake! The room smelled like cigars and had an old cig rapper next to the bed. The bathroom shower curtin had mold stains. I notifyed the desk that the room was dirty, and smelled very bad. The girls at the front dest came to my room around an hour later with a bottle of Fabrize... I guess I was paying to clean their room! I will not stay at this loation again... Sorry Hilton's!

I expected more from the Hampton. The first problem was the air conditioner. Had to have housekeeping help getting it adjusted. The second and most important was that there are no designated no smoking rooms and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, probably coming from smoking rooms. Therefore, the air quality was unsatisfactory. The third problem was the complimentary breakfast. Very poor -- eggs too hard and dried out. Sausage reminds one of Burger King meals. The only edible food was the fruit and cereal. Fourth, the hallway near the pool had a mildew odor.

Friendly, professional desk clerk , breakfast good! Elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor. Hotel location good. Continental breakfast best I had in a while. Quality, variety of food. Staff was professional but I only stayed one night but it was good stay until the elevator broke. Maybe thats why the breakfast was plentiful the next morning.

The lobby is very small for a Hampton Inn, but the room was very nice and clean. Very good location, close to I-80 and I-57. Overall it was what you would expect from Hampton Inn......a nice clean room with comfortable beds.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness is extremely poor. There is black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom and around the shower. The non smoking room that I requested was surrounded by 5 smoking rooms to our room suddenly became a smoking room. That was so enjoyable! We had to open the window all night long and keep the bathroom vent on just so we could breathe. When I brought these concerns to the manager she acted surprised. After speaking to her and the 100% guarantee didn't come out of her mouth I finally said to her what about the 100% satisfaction guarantee. She said I HAD to ask her for it. You would think that they should offer your money back after this horrible experience! I bet I never receive my refund.

The pool was an added bonus. Automatic doors might be nice when you walk up. Perfect choice! 5 minutes from friend's house. Nice size room, quiet.

I was quite satisfied with my stay here. I didn't attend the complimentary breakfasts because the Cracker Barrel breakfast menu was too tempting. The staff was very freindly and the lobby has a computer for printing your boarding pass for a return flight..
