The Hampton Inn at Yardley, PA has a very friendly staff, is very clean and in a great location.

The free breakfast bar. Bedsheets were not as clean. Overall, this is a nice hotel. Though when it comes to visiting Yardley, PA, you don't have much of a choice given that this is the only hotel in town. Beds were comfy, appearance of hotel in general is nice.

I had two stay at this hotel twice for business, I will not stay there again. You have been warned.

Location. There was not a restaurant or bar. There was a popcorn kernel on the floor and butter stains on the comforter.

we have stayed 5-6 times per year at the Hampton Inn in Yardley/newtown, Pa. I agree with the other reviewers that it is overpriced, the employees at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful, but my main reason for not staying there any longer, since Jan. 2008, is the bathrooms. We've always in rooms with either l king-sized bed or 2 double/queen beds on different floors and different rooms.The bathrooms are small with no counter space for husband's toiletries plus wife's toiletries, The towels are stored under the sink within inches from the actual toilet. My husband mentioned this first, as a woman I did not realize this as problem since women do not stand when using a toilet, so I flushed the toilet and indeed did see water sprinkling the towels.I spoke to management numerous times about this unsanitary issue and suggested they install wall towel racks, they always apoligized, but as as Jan. 2008 nothing was done.I became frustrated with having to store the towels on the suitcase console outside of the bathroom. Therefore, we are now staying at another hotel in the area
