Friendly staff; neat, clean rooms, great breakfast. Neat, new hotel conveniently located with easy access. Lobby is attractive and uncluttered. Room and beds were very comfortable. More treadmills, weight bench, etc. are needed in the fitness room. There were only two treadmills and one exercise bike.

This hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff was tremendous! Doing anything to make you comfortable and happy. Breakfast was wonderful. The bed was soo amazing! When i got home i actually had to go buy my own bed taht resembled the ones at the hampton! Everyone was so curtious. Prices were superb! Definately got my moneys worth!Thanks staff at Scottsbluff, ne hampton! You were great!

The room was absolutely gorgeous. The wireless internet wouldn't work that night. The entire hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. They even have a computer and printer in the lobby for guests. The hot tub and pool were clean and we were able to use them after hours.

I reserved a room with a microwave and fridge, I also asked for a smoking room. They put me in a room without the microwave or fridge, it was non-smoking and the room was not clean. This is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed at and I've stayed at many, many of them. I would rather sleep in my car than to ever stay at this Hampton. The staff was not friendly and made me feel like I was intruding on them when I requested clean sheets since the ones that were on the bed had stains and clearly had not been changed from the previous guest. I would never reccommend this hotel. I have however stayed at other Hampton Inn's that were wonderful. Steer clear of the Scottsbluff Hampton Inn and you'll be OK.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfy and the room/bathroom were very clean. Excellent breakfast.

My well-kept, modern room had a comfortable bed in a spacious setting. The hotel staff is friendly. There is plenty of free parking. My ONLY complaint is that the walls are a little thin. It did not affect my sleep, but I did notice talking a few times when I did not have the radio on. Whether it was in the hall or the next room, I do not know. If I were in the area again, I would happily stay again for the same price.
