This hotel was in a great location to all the attractions. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not change anything about this hotel, I was very pleased.

kind staff, very helpful and attentive. We liked this hotel and would stay here again. We had stayed at another hotel in Williamsburg and where very unhappy. This hotel had a nice breakfast, great pool and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

We enjoyed staying here very much. The location was convenient to attractions, the room was ready when we arrived and was nicely furnished, and there was ample parking. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of foods and the breakfast-to-go was a nice touch which we used more than once. The hot drinks station in the lobby made a search for coffee unnecessary and it was always available. The property was very quiet even there were quite a few families with children. Although this property is a little more expensive that others in the area, we felt that it was a good value for the money.

I stay at the Hampton Inn whenever I visit my family. Perfect location and VERY comfortable rooms. They also offer a free breakfast which has a variety of items. Something for everyone. I've been staying at this hotel for years. I found it after trying out a few others near by. By far the best bang for your buck in this area. Although, I have noticed the prices creeping up.

We were part of a group ...10rooms... When we came back at 10.50 P.M six of us decided to sit and have a cup of tea.Every person in the group has a very low voice,we did laugh at a story one was telling. It was rather hard to talk over very loud piped music,when a rather officious woman came and told us to talk lower..which if we did one could not hear one other... We were all rather shocked ,when we asked if she could turn down the piped music she told us she could not. I would recommend this hotel with reservations. If we were speaking loudly nobody would have been surprised,especially with the piped music being so loud. All the other staff were exceptionally helpful to all our group.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast served was excellent, everything from toast to eggs and sausage. Very clean. I pretty much liked everything. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. The breakfast served was free, if I had to take everyone out to breakfast it would have cost 25-30 easy every morning. Location is great for all events surrounding Williamsburg. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The rooms were very nice! Travling with my husband & sister the suites were very comfortable.. Of course this hotel is new and very pretty.. We loved the breakfast . The girls in the breakfast area work very hard to keep it clean. The only thing it really is not in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. After walking all day there you could not carry packages and walk back to the hotel. If you have small children this walk would be out of question. We do loving staying at Hampton Inns.

Friendly, looked elegant. No outside pool. The hotel lobby was impressive, staff friendly and helpful, the only disappointment was no outside pool, didn't like the indoor pool smell too much, you can smell it as soon as you walk into the lobby, outdoor pool would have been better.

"This new hotel features HUGE suites with plenty of room to spread out in. Beds and sofa bed were comfy, rooms were clean, full size fridge and lots of cooking gear. Big storm and a leaky window meant a wet floor. Quick response from maintenance. Great staff!"

The Hampton Inn was clean and quiet. We had 6 people (4 kids), so it was a little tight. Only complaint was how uncomfortable the pull-out couch was. Breakfast was great each day, and very well kept up. Service in the hotel was very fast and always friendly. Pool was indoors and so very loud (mostly because of my screaming kids).

I think this is the best place to stay in Williamsburg. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. The beds were so comfortable, we slept like babies. The hotel was convenient to everything, and I would highly reccomend it to everyone.

Family friendly suites. Enough space for 5 people (2 adults, 3 children). Pool was a little chilly. Overall, good experience. Enjoyed the public areas. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Thankful for the ability to consume some meals in our own room.

Very nice hotel with an excellent continental breakfast. Did not care for the pillows, they make you hot. This is a great hotel for the money with a very courteous staff from the front desk to the maid service. It was very clean and well kept.

Roomy suites. Free breakfast is always good - but it was not a very big selection. We had a suite and it was the roomiest suite we ever had. For a family of 5, a normal hotel room is not big enough and usually suites are very small rooms. This hotel suite gave us plenty of space!

I liked the comfortable beds and pillows and the great breakfast in the mornings. The beds were double size instead of queen. This Hampton was quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was clean and comfortable and the little things like the free wifi, lap desk, and laundry facility made it feel like home away from home.
