The Hampton Inn and Suites of Middletown, RI. is an excellent place to stay while visiting beautiful Newport. Close to the Naval Station, Narragansett Bay and the Historic attractions, the hotel is a new Hampton and a very good one. It is of award winning caliber, with fine rooms and service and ample parking.

Really comfortable beds. Pool was tiny. Terrific, clean, comfortable room, great breakfast and highly recommended.

Hotel is 3 years old but looked like just a year old. Free breakfast great. In a small small room had 2 computers and printer for free use of internet. Great since didn't want to drag my laptop along on vacation. Beds very comfortable. Had fridge and microwave. Clean and nice bathrooms. Cherry Blossoms in bloom in May. The Newport Mansions are fantasitc. Drive time about 10 minutes away from hotel. Grocery store and Walgreens in walking distance. Will return to hotel.

The staff was very accommodating to the wedding party. Nothing, everything was great. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the staff which was very accommodating to the wedding party. They went above and beyond.

The Hampton Inn in Middletown provided us with excellent accomodations for our trip to Newport. The location was very good, with the town of Newport only two miles away. The room was a very good size with a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very surprised to find out there was free breakfast too in the morning, and it was a full breakfast, not the usual doughnuts and coffee. They had ham, eggs, all kinds of cereals, breads, muffins, yogurts, something for everyone. It was a real treat. We would definitely come back again.

It was close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was gone by the time we got down to the lobby, and it was only around 8:30AM. It was nice and what I expected for the price.

The Hampton Inn was very comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the room clean. The location is great, making it easy to get to area attactions. The staff was very friendly. There was no restaurant, but Applebee's was practically in the parking lot. The hotel did offer a nicely stocked snack room next to lobby desk. Free breakfast was generous in selections and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

great short stay option...minutes from the naval base, minutes from downtown newport. I thought the staff was first rate. I was a little dissappointed with the breakfast options. Food was cold and there was little variety, but it was complimentary and thats hard to beat.
