I liked the hotel, the location was excellent, the staff courteous and professional, but a big surprise that parking was valet only. This wasn't disclaimed on contract and the cost was nearly $30. per day for valet service.

Nice decor. Cabs seemed unavailable. Beautiful decor quiet.

Great location very near the inner harbor (about 2 blocks). The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable - actually a mini-suite with a refrig, microwave and sofa. Bed was very comfortable. Super breakfast spread that is included! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really great experience.

This hotel is just two short blocks from the inner harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a continental breakfast available in the lobby. Breakfast is OK, not the best, but not the worst. The staff removes the food when the breakfast time is over even if you are serving yourself! There is valet parking, but you can park close to * a day cheaper next door in a parking garage! Other than the parking the only ""complaint"" would be the facade of the building and lack of parking to off load in front of the hotel. We had to wait for about 20 minutes.

This is in a very good location and reasonably priced with good value including breakfast. The shower in our bathroom had a drain that backed up. Also, there was a manager's reception advertised that was no longer in effect. Generally, considering the value, we would return now that we are aware of it's shortcomings.

Very large room, very beautiful andvery friendly staff. There was nothing that I did not like.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. When booking this hotel we checked free breakfast, free parking and indoor pool as arequirement. First, the parking was not free, it was 28 per night!! The breakfast was posted 6a-10a. The pool was the size of a hot tub. The beakfast was posted from 6a-10a. We got there at 9:30 and there was no food out.We have stayed at far nicer hotels for far less money. For the amount of money you pay, the hotel is not as nice as you would expect.

The hotel itself felt like a really expensive hotel instead of a basic place like Holiday Inn etc. They had a small computer lab to use, which was nice. My only gripe is that the fitness center was only a bike, an elliptical machine, and a treadmill. There were no dead weights or anything like that. The breakfast wasn't anything special: just some biscuits, fake eggs, and bakery goods that weren't that great.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Can't think of anything. It was a great experience. This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff really were very helpful and friendly. As somebody who spends a lot of my time on the road with my job, this particular hotel was a treat.

Two blocks from the Inner Harbor, a beautifullty restored classic office building. Staff very helpful, excellent continentak breakfast and good valet parking. Very quiet and solid. Only complaint was difficulty finding- no parking and narrow verticle sign is easy to miss- especially in rush hour traffic. I would recommend this hotel. Not inexpensive but fairly priced

The hotel is located within a few blocks of the Baltimore Inner Harbor area which has great food, shopping and entertainment. I was travelling on business but did have the opportunity to visit the Inner Harbor for dinner. Back at the hotel, access to the free Wi/Fi network allowed me to finish up some work and check my emails.

Great location with a wonderful free breakfast. We ended up being placed in a smoking room. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hampton Inn located in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. It is a beautiful old hotel. Very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative we had was that when we checked in they only had smoking rooms available. They gave us some air freshener to help with the smell.

staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than the usual dry cereal and donuts. Fruit available throughout the day.

A very nice hotel located in the inner harbor, but the area immediately adjacent was a little rough. Not a place I would walk alone at night. Rooms were a bit small but nice. And the staff was very attentive.

Maybe the best Hotel I ever stayed in.These people get it.Customer service at its best. From valet to front desk to housekeeping. Pleasant smiles all over. Nobody is perfect, TV remote didn't work."

Very close to harbor and room was very clean and neat. The pool was nice and children enjoyed it. The breakfast could have had more hot food and more choices but otherwise very nice.

The breakfast was outrageous! The pool had no towels in it. The gym was not accessible during operating hours. The windows were unattractive.
