We were there for our son's college graduation @ the Civic Center. We took the shuttle there and that was very convient and they gave us a sack breakfast to take with us!

Hotel was recommended by some friends who live in Omaha as a newer building, good value, etc. Got a great price for 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend on Orbitz. Had a few nagging issues - the 2 computers and printer in the Business Center were on the fritz all weekend long (staff kept telling me to go next door to the Homewood Suites, which they also own, to use their Business Center). The ice machine on our floor also didn't work the 2nd day, and the pop machine wouldn't accept cash. Just minor little annoyances more than anything. Complimentary hot breakfast was nice both mornings, hotel is nice and new (and you can tell), decent pool/hot tub area, nice fitness center. Pretty friendly staff for the most part.

We went to Omaha for a concert that was down the street from the hotel. It was a perfect location because we did not have to walk very far. At the hotel we REALLY enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. The room was very nice and the bathroom was a good size. My boyfriend really enjoyed the hot shower too. I LOVED the bed, it was very soft and comfy. They have a business office where you can go in an use the internet or take care of any business matters you have to attend to. The breakfast in the morning was very good too, they provided a lot of variety. They had sausages, eggs, biscuts, bagels, different pastries, cookies, fruit salads, cereal, milk, juice, water and cofee. Another thing I liked that I don't think most hotels have is a little conveniet store. They had toiletries incase you forgot any and different snacks and drinks. Down the street there is also a really good pub the burgers were great! All in all it was a good experience and I wish I could have stayed there for a little bit more. Omaha has this realy cute old market and the park by the river is really nice!!

The staff is wonderful here...especially the shuttle driver who drove us back and forth to the Quest Center. The only thing missing is having no movies to rent on TV - a favorite thing for us to do, and a restaurant. There is a breakfast every morning that is great though!
