The staff was great specially when i needed help getting my car started since my battery died. The staff withous any hesitattion came to my resque and went out of the way to make sure i got a new battery at a local car shop.

"The sink water temperature gets dangerously hot very quickly. There is only one faucet, so it makes it difficult to control esp. for a child if it were to be pushed to the ""hot"" side."

If I hadn't had a full schedule, I would have found another hotel. The desk staff was rude, room was not ready - no hangers, no mirror in the bathroom. There was no security at the front entrance off Wisconsin, nor at the 2nd floor entrance from the parking ramp. buckets, paint, ladders, old wallpaper and carpeting laying in the hallways. Forget the continental breakfast. If you book here, make sure they are done remodeling.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We got back late and they still let us swim even though it was after hours and also let us check out late the next day. Location is great.. huge mall literally across the street. Friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. When I go back to Milwaukee I won't think of staying anywhere else.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Milwaukee Downtown was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The one thing that did bother me was that the TV reception was not the best and the remote was non-functioning. Another item that I was bothered by was that the toilet ran all night. Aside from that, the overall experience was quite acceptable.

Large room, comfortable beds, clean rooms, awesome staff. None. Great place to stay! Little noisy due to location downtown, but that is typical of a high traffic area. We all agreed to book the same hotel again this summer.

This was my first visit to Milwaukee, and I was truly amazed how beautiful the city is. Lake Michigan was within walking distance and the river is just a few blocks away. The staff at the hotel was among the friendliest we have encountered in a long time, as they greeted us with open arms, and was more than helpful in providing us with things to do and see around the city. There is a bus that picks you up right in front of the hotel that will take you directly to Miller Park, which we found very convenient with two young children. We will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites again on our next visit.

Bed and the board they gave you to work on in bed. No restaurant, tons of recruits being checked in at the same time as me. Convenient to where I needed to go. Applebees nearby but terrible service. Parking was $12 but I was there for 24 hours so thought it was reasonable.

Overall this hotel was a good value for the price. It is not a fancy five star hotel. However, if you are looking for comfortable and clean accomodations than your needs will be met. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the as was the bathroom. Also, it has a great location (e.g., close to the lake, shopping, and downtown restaurants).

Great workout space with free water bottles; great staff! Had a fire alarm go off at 12:45 am Saturday night. Very pleasant space/room, good breakfast, workout room clean, and friendly staff. Great place for a business traveller.

Convenience to downtown shops and attractions. Rooms could have been bigger. Great location for the price in downtown Milwaukee. Steps from Riverside Theater and Water Street restaurants/bars. Easy parking with direct access to hotel, friendly staff, and good rooms.

The room were spacious and comfortable. How difficult it was to get to the parking garage. The rooms were great. The pool and fitness room were adequete. The parking should have been included with the hotel stay. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was luke warm.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Undergoing construction outside my room was next to the elevator, so a little noisy. Good downtown location, friendly staff very nice rooms and comfy beds.
